The summer before 7th grade Lilliana got married. So aurora,lilliana,and her new husband Seth moved into a home by her school. She had a bike and rollerblades ,new friends. She felt so free. She was exploring life. Arizona continued to get letters. Aurora had stopped playing barbies ,gotten her first bra. All the things that come with puberty. Lilliana even let aurora wear eyeliner and shave her legs. And sometimes wear light eyeshadow. For her 13th birthday Arizona had sent money, and aurora had her first manicure,eyebrow waxing, and highlights in her hair. She was beginning to grow up. 8th grade she excelled in school until December. She started to show symptoms of her early birth wreaking havoc on her body. And if that didn't make things sad she experienced the death of a friend for the first time. Auroras friend was coming home.from a school dance and a car hit her crossing the road. The damage to her brain was too much. And she passed away. Aurora sank into a deep depression. She got even more sick and during summer break never left the house. Until she was finally forced to do so.
