"beautiful baby, beautiful." tyler said in a mockingly posh british accent, his pinkie was up as a tiny tea cup was clasped in his feminine frail hands. noah let out little giggles as he hid behind his own dainty hands.
the brunet had found a bunch of tiny vintage tea cups; a gift from melanie, in the cabinet and decided that they could throw a tea party. at first noah wasn't too excited, continuously voicing that he was a boy and boys didn't throw tea parties, but tyler retaliated saying that anybody could throw tea parties no matter their gender. of course explaining his views wasn't exactly going to be easily accomplished seeing that the boy was only six years old, but for the majority of the argumentative sentence, he seemed to understand completely.
"my daddy says that an'body can wear dresses and it doesn't care what people say... is that why you wear dresses?" the blond asks curiously as he grabs a cookie off a matching plate, his head slightly tilted to the side as he awaits for an answer
tyler giggles and nods his head. "exactly. i don't care what anybody says because i'm me and that's the best kind of happiness there is." he smiles, leaning over to bop the child's nose. more joyous laughter erupts from the kid until his face becomes a shade of rosy red.
"i think you look beautiful when you wear dresses." noah voiced once he swallowed the last bit of his cookie. tyler paused the action of wiping a crumb off the blond's chubby cheeks and let out a giggle.
"thank you baby bear, i think you look super handsome when you wear pink." the older boy responded, watching as the younger ones cheeks began to turn a bright red.
noah covered his face and hid beneath the small table, only coming out when tyler said he'd give the boy more cookies to munch on until his father came back from work. tyler picked up his phone to check the time seeing it was going on five which meant joshua would be home soon, and noah wouldn't be leaving until for another hour.
feeling nosy, jihoon meowed before jumping onto the table. he looked around at his surroundings, edging closer to the plate that only had a few more cookies on it, before the little boy was blocking the sphynx from getting any closer. "no hoonie! choc'late will hurt you!" noah shouted, his eyes wide in worry as the kitten attempted to sniff the boy's hands.
"oh so he gets to call the cat nicknames, but i call the cat by his actual name and the little fu- cat wants to draw his claws out?" said a voice that belonged to no other than joshua dun. tyler whipped around to see the older male trudging through the front door with his keys still in his hand.
noah, unfamiliar with the new person, ran to take cover next to tyler. his hands clutched at the silk fabric sticking to the brunet's skin, while grey eyes peered at the newest addition in the home. jihoon hissed and moved back to sit in the child's lap.
"joshie it's okay! jihoonie is just not used to you yet, he'll come to like you eventually." tyler softly smiled, his hand coming out to pull the younger blond into his side. "noah, this is josh, josh, this is noah." the brunet introduced.
"i'm assuming this is the kid of that new friend you're watching?" josh questioned as he sat his keys down in the pot near the front door, kicking his shoes off as well.
"yes! isn't he adorable? so so cute." tyler said in a higher tone, using his one hand to pinch the kids cheek.
"adorable." the older male responded before he went into his room, closing the door behind him.
tyler frowned and turned to face the boy. "it looks like someone's jealous of how cute you are." the brunet said with a bright smile causing the young one to giggle once more.

unedited. lovelies i really wanted to make this chapter longer and stuff, but i have been busy spending time with my cousins for the first time in a while, and then i went to my younger cousins birthday party, and my other cousins are coming back over again so i haven't had time to write !! my apologies !!
