Chapter Two, Teaming up with the ruffs in more ways than one

~Momoko's P.O.V~

the next day i was once again sitting in ms. keane's room next to brick. kaoru didn't really talk much today. "so if you could be any were in the world were would you be?", i asked. "actually I'm pretty happy right here", brick said. i smiled. "what about you?", brick asked. "well I'm pretty happy here to", i said. "so can we be friends?", brick asked. "i actually thought we already was?", i said softly. brick smiled. i smiled to. "i uh figured i'd ask since the last i new we was enemies", brick said. "all in the past", i said softly. "I'm sorry i was an ass back then", brick said. "its alright like i said all in the passed", i said. "so do you have a job?", brick asked. "one were i get paid?", i said. "yeah?", brick asked. "nope you know my job", i said. "ahh yeah i get it you wouldn't have time for a real job because of the city always needing help right", brick asked. "yepp", i said. "so what are you going to do after high school then if you wont be able to have a real job because of what you do now?", brick asked. "well i don't really know but the professor has offered us a place to live for free at his place since its so big", i said. "us?", brick said. "kiyako, kaoru and i", i said. "what about when you want to start a family?", brick asked. "like i said the place is huge each of us could have 10 kids and there would still be room", i joked. brick laughed. "30 kids in one house that would be hell trying to share bathrooms", brick laughed. i noticed out of the corner of my eye that butch was trying to talk to kaoru but she ignored him and kept looking out the window. "kaoru doesn't seem like the mother type", brick said. "what do you mean?", i asked. "well you and miyako seem like you would make great mothers but kaoru seems like---", brick started to say. "kaoru has a tough exterior but she is sweet some where deep inside", i said. neither of us said any thing for a little while. but brick broke the silence. "so uh college?", brick asked. "I'm not sure yet but if i do go its going to be townsville university", i said. ms. keane's phone rang so she picked up the phone and talked to the person that wanted to speak to her. after a minute she hung up the phone. "brick, boomer, butch you need to go to the principals office", ms. keane said. "i guess ill see you later?", brick said. brick and his brothers walked out of the room. i turned to miyako but before i could say any thing kaoru turned around. "what do you think they did?", kaoru asked. "nothing its probably just because there new here and need to fill out paperwork or something", i said. "how can you believe them momoko?", kaoru asked. "i can see the good in them kaoru if you would give butch a chance and actually talk to him instead of ignoring him maybe you would see it to", i said. "I'm never going to give him a chance", kaoru said angrily. "kaoru your over reacting", miyako said. "yeah kaoru", i said. "boomer is actually a sweet guy", miyako said. kaoru gave miyako a death glare look. "yeah brick is pretty sweet to and i bet butch is to if you would give him the chance", i said. kaoru turned back around in her seat and put her ear buds in and turned on her music. i looked at miyako and shrugged my shoulders. "well maybe they will grow on her?", miyako said softly. "i don't know she seems pretty pissed that there here", i said. "she probably holds a grudge against them for flipping our skirts that time we met", miyako said. i laughed. "yeah your probably right", i said just as the bell rang. "well we better get to our next class", miyako said as she stood up. kaoru had her music up to loud to even notice the bell had rung. she stared out the window and didn't notice every one leaving. i pulled an ear bud out of her ear. "hey!", kaoru said loudly as she whipped her head around. "time to go", i said as kaoru noticed every one was gone. kaoru grabbed her bag and walked to the door. i noticed brick's bag was still next to his seat. so i grabbed it for him. miyako grabbed boomer's bag and walked out the door. butch's bag laid on the floor next to his seat. i walked over and picked it up. i was walking to my next class but my belt started beeping. great. i ran to my locker and opened it and threw brick's, butch's and my bag in and then ran to the roof of the school. kaoru was already running ahead of me and miyako was behind me. we reached the top of the stairs and opened the door to the roof. we quickly transformed into our ppgz form. i transformed into hyper blossom. kaoru transformed into powered buttercup and miyako transformed into rolling bubbles. i grabbed my compact and the mayor appeared. "blossom we need you three here at once", the mayor said. "were on our way mayor", i said as i closed my compact. i quickly flew off. buttercup flew on my right and bubbles flew on my left. none of us spoke. we flew in silence until we landed in front of the mayor's building. we ran inside and to the elevator. i pressed the button that had the mayor's face on it. the elevator took us up to the mayor's top floor. we quickly stepped out of the elevator to see the rowdy ruffs. mayor was sitting at his desk and the ruffs was sitting across from him on some chairs. their were three empty seats next to the ruffs. "hey blossom", brick said as he waved. "take a seat", the mayor said. miss. bellum walked out with her notepad in front of her face and stood behind the mayor. "so what are we doing here?", i asked. "well blossom as you know the ruffs are new in school and once i heard of this i couldn't believe it so i called them here to have a chat with them", mayor said. "and?", buttercup said angrily. "well since they have given up evil we have decided its time the puffs and ruffs team up", mayor said. my eyes went wide. "what!?", buttercup screamed. "look 3 heroes is good but 6 is better", mayor said, "and if any villains like him come around you 6 can take care of them easily". "no way!", buttercup yelled as she stood up. every one looked at buttercup. "I'm not working with them!", buttercup yelled. i stood up. "sit down buttercup!", i ordered. buttercup sat down and crossed her arms. i turned to the mayor. "as the leader of the power puffs i except the offer", i said. brick stood up and said, "as the leader of the rowdy ruffs i except to". "great so you 6 need to be a happy family okay so no fighting buttercup!", mayor ordered. "fine", buttercup muttered. brick and i shook hands. "welcome to the team", i said. "looks like were going to be seeing allot more of each other', brick said as he smiled. brick and his brothers walked to the other side of the room and transformed into the rrbz. brick transformed into hard brick. butch transformed into strong butch and boomer transformed into explosive boomer. "well you kids better get back to school", mayor said. "yes mayor", we all said. we all walked to the elevator. i pressed the button with the G for ground floor. the elevator started to go down until there was a odd noise and the lights flickered and the elevator stopped. i grabbed my compact and called the mayor. "mayor some thing is wrong with the elevator!", i said. "oh did it stop again?", the mayor asked. i nodded my head. "alright ill call the professor to come and fix it", mayor said, "its been doing that allot lately. i closed my compact. "well we are stuck here until the professor fixes it", i said. "ahhhhh come on!!!", buttercup screamed. "look now is a great time to get to know each other as a team", i said. "yeah blossom is right", brick said. we all transformed into our normal selves. i sat on the floor and leaned on the ball and brick sat next to me. miyako and boomer sat by the other wall and kaoru and butch sat at the other wall. "so butch tell us about you?", i said. "uh i like sports", butch said. kaoru looked at him. "really?", kaoru asked. "yeah i love football and wrestling and soccer and skateboarding", butch said. "see kaoru you two have the same interests", i said, "boomer what do you like to do?". "uh this may make me sound girly but i do like fashion", boomer said. "see you and miyako have some thing in common", i said. "and i like baking I'm not good at it but i like sweets", brick said. "see we all have things in common with each other", i said. "i guess your right", kaoru said. "and we all want to help this city", i said. "and we all don't like mojo", butch joked. we all laughed. "ah mojo is alright when he isn't trying to take over the world", boomer said. "really?", kaoru asked. "yeah he isn't so bad he actually try's to be a father", brick said. "wow i could never picture him being a good father", kaoru said. "he is protective a bit i guess since he hasn't let us out of the house in four years", boomer said. "what?", i asked. "mojo only goes outside to take over the world so we just stayed in and mojo only let us go out if he needed our help which was never since we don't have any desire to be evil again", brick said. "so you three have been stuck in a house with mojo for 4 years?", i said, "that would make me go crazy". brick laughed and said, "yes it does". "at least he try's to be a good father", miyako said. "brick jojo is your name right?", i asked. "yes unfortunately", brick said. "your last name is jojo!?", kaoru said as she laughed, "butch jojo!". butch smiled. "boomer jojo?", miyako said as she smiled. "the name grows on you", boomer said. "so how is life living with mojo?", kaoru  asked. "oh mama he is alright he buys us food and does make dinner some times he watches soap operas allot", brick said. "mama?", i asked. "yeah we call him mama mainly because it pisses him off", brick said. kaoru laughed. "so do you plan on moving out once you finish school?", i asked. "yeah", brick said. "do you think once your old you will take your kids to visit grandpa mojo?", miyako asked. kaoru couldn't help but laugh at that. "maybe as long as he doesn't teach them bad things", brick said as he shrugged his shoulders. miyako turned and started to talk to boomer. then surprisingly kaoru started talking to butch. "finally", i whispered to brick as i motioned to kaoru and butch. "I'm glad we are actually getting some where with her", brick whispered. "me to", i whispered. my compact beeped so i took it and opened it. the professor's face appeared. "don't worry girls we will have it fixed in no time", professor said. "thanks professor no rush though", i said as i smiled and closed my compact. i put my compact back. "no rush?", brick asked. "nah i kind of like this", i said as i smiled. "me to", brick said. "I'm actually surprised by how nice you are", i said. "really what do you mean?", brick asked. "i don't know i guess i thought you guys would hate us", i said. "nah like you said before its all in the past", brick said. "oh speaking of the past when you left you forgot your bag so i put it in my locker", i said. "oh yeah and i took yours to boomer", miyako said sweetly. butch face palmed. "shit i forgot my bag", butch said. "don't worry i grabbed your bag to", i said. "thanks momoko", butch said. "I'm glad were all friends now", i said. "me to", brick said. "yeah same here", miyako and boomer said. "yeah", butch said. "right kaoru?", i said sternly. "yes!", kaoru said. i smiled at her. kaoru rolled her eyes then every thing went black. the lights went out. "oh just great", kaoru said as she stood up. we all stood up to. "no one panic", i said. "i wish i had octi", miyako whimpered. "i wish i had polvi", boomer whispered. the elevator shook furiously then stopped. "butch!", kaoru yelled, "you just touch my ass you perv!". before butch could say any thing there was a loud noise. kaoru must have pushed him into a wall. "ow hey i didn't mean to!", butch yelled, "i stumbled when the elevator shook i didn't mean to touch you like that I'm sorry!". "fine just fall on your face next time then", kaoru yelled. i chuckled. "momoko don't laugh", kaoru threatened. "or what?", i said. "ohhh when i find you", kaoru said angrily. "guys what was that noise?", miyako asked. "that was kaoru's mouth", i said. "no not that it was a creaking noise", miyako said. "no sorry i didn't hear it over kaoru's mouth", i said. "shhh!", miyako said, "there it is again". then the elevator shook again. i could hear all of us stumble and fall to the ground. then the elevator started to free fall. i could feel we were falling fast. i closed my eyes. how high was we? we all screamed. i could feel a pair of arms wrap around me. strong arms. brick's arms. brick held me close protectively. i could feel my face buried in his neck as he held me close. he smelled like cinnamon. the elevator finally reached the bottom floor with a crash. it didn't hurt though. the elevator doors came open and the light shined in the dark elevator. i opened my eyes the same time as brick did. realizing how close our faces was. they was only centimeters apart. we blushed at each other then smiled softly. "let go of me butch", kaoru yelled. i looked behind me to see butch holding kaoru and boomer holding miyako. "are you guys okay?", the professor asked. "whoa", ken said as he seen us all on the floor holding each other except for kaoru and butch because kaoru already pushed him off. ken was the professors son. he was 8 years old when we met him but he is now 13. he is a bit of  know it all since he has already graduated every school there is to graduate from i think. ken was short with black hair and was wearing his lab coat like his dad. he had blue eyes. i pulled away from brick. as kaoru and butch stepped over us. "uh thanks", i said as i sat up. brick sat up to. boomer helped miyako up and they walked out. "no problem", brick said as he looked into my eyes. i smiled. "i was just doing the right thing", brick said, "i was protecting you". i blushed. "ahh come on we better get back to school", i said. brick sighed and stood up. he reached his hand down and helped me up. we turned to walk out of the elevator but brick tripped over peach. "ow", peach yelled. brick hit the ground hard. ken picked up peach and inspected him to make sure he was okay. "slick move tenderfoot", i said jokingly. i reached my hand down and helped brick up. brick stood up and rubbed his face. "come on", i said as u put my hand on brick's shoulder. we walked outside. we walked with our friends in the direction of our school. our school was only 3 blocks away. "wanna race?", kaoru challenged butch. "your on!", butch said. they both started running. miyako and boomer talked about bunnies and things like that. "so tenderfoot tell me why did you feel the need to protect me?", i asked. "so the nick name stuck?", brick asked. "maybe but you didn't answer my question", i said. brick sighed. "well i thought that if i held you you wouldn't feel the impact that much", brick said. "well thank you", i said. "you know that was the first time i'v ever held a girl in my arms", brick said. "what!?", i said. "you seem surprised?", brick said. "i mean look at you how could you not have a girl when ever you wanted one!", i blurted. "are you calling me hot?", brick asked. i could feel my whole face turn red. "maybe", i said, "well that was the first time iv ever been held by a guy like that". "what?", brick said. "yeah iv never really had time for boyfriends", i said, "hell the closest thing to a boyfriend i have is sakamoto ". brick scowled at his name. "i don't see how your to beautiful to never have one", brick said. "i have been asked out before but i'v always been called off to fight and it just hurt the guys so i just started saying no", i said. "well maybe one day it will be easier for you", brick said. "yeah if only i could tell them were and why i had to go it would be easier but i guess that will never be able to happen", i said sadly. "maybe things will be easier since there is 6 of us now", brick said. "who knows?", i said. brick shoved his hands in his pockets. "so since we are a group now who is the main leader?", brick said teasingly. "i think we should keep it the way we are", i said, "ill be the leaders of the girls and you be the leader of the boys". "good idea", brick said as we crossed the street to the school. i looked at my phone to see the time and realized it was 7th period which was lunch. "great lunch just started", i said. "cool", brick said as we walked up the stairs to the doors. miyako and boomer was already there and holding the door open for brick and i. once we were in the school kaoru walked over to us. "took you guys long enough", kaoru said. "where is butch?", brick asked. "i don't know he isn't my dog", kaoru said. "I'm gonna go look for him see you guys later", brick said as he walked away. boomer followed him after giving an awkward wave to miyako. "alright so lets get to lunch", kaoru said. the three of us walked to our lockers and got our lunches and walked to the cafeteria. we sat down at our table. i opened my lunch i had octopus-dogs. they were hot dogs in the shape of octopuses. kaoru had her usual left over bacon and eggs. miyako had sushi. i started eating when the ruffs walked in and started to go to an empty table. "yoohooo boysss you can sit over her with me!", a girl called. it was himeko. "annoying bitch", i mumbled. kaoru laughed. bricks face frowned when he seen himeko. "yo brick over here!", i called. brick turned and looked at me. his face lite up with a smile and he quickly walked over and sat next to me. boomer sat next to miyako and butch sat next to kaoru. himeko glared at me with an evil look. brick put his arm around me and pulled me close. "brick what the--", i started to say. "just go with it ok its pissing her off", brick said. i looked and himeko's face was all red with anger. i smiled and snuggled closed to brick. kaoru laughed. himeko got up and walked away and out of the room. brick let me go. but to be honest i don't think i wanted him to. "so what the hell is that?", brick asked pointing to my lunch. "octopus-dogs there hot dogs that look like octopuses", i said. "nice', brick said as he poked his school lunch with a fork. brick wrinkled his nose at it. "want some of my lunch?", i asked as i slid it over to him, "my mom always over packs". "sure", brick said as he used is fork to take a octopus-dog. after we finished eating we all started talking. "so tender foot hows your face?", i asked. "well its better it doesn't hurt much any more", brick said. "good", i said. "oh momoko i have soccer after school today so i don't need a ride", kaoru said. "oh yeah that's right and miyako you have  fashion club tonight right?", i asked. "yepp", miyako said. "i joined fashion to so looks like I'm here to", boomer says. "actually i was going to stay and see about signing up for a sport", butch said. "kaoru could totally help you with that", i said. "yeah i guess i could", kaoru said. "well i guess its just you and me then right?", i asked. "yepp", brick said. the rest of the day went fast. after the final bell rang our group split up. i waved good bye to kaoru and butch as they walked to the soccer field. i waved good bye to miyako and boomer as they walked to fashion. brick and i walked to my car. i got in the driver seat and brick got in the passenger seat. "you know what why should we just go straight home why don't we have some fun?", brick said. "what kind of fun?", i asked. "lets go to the mall", brick said. "alright", i said as i smiled and started my car. "so tender foot what do you want to do at the mall?", i asked. "well why don't we go mini golfing?", brick said. i raised my eye brow at him. "you don't seem like a mini golfing kind of guy", i said laughingly. "I'm very surprising", brick said. i laughed as i pulled out of the school parking lot. "alright then lets go have some fun", i said as i watched the road as i drove. "so what else is there to do at the mall well i mean what do you do when you go?", brick asked. "uh i love the arcade and the comic book store", i said as i glanced over at brick. brick raised his eyebrow at me. "what?", i asked as i looked back at the road. "a girl that likes comics and arcades now i think iv see every thing?", brick said. i laughed. "well I'm not like most girls", i said. "no your not", brick blurted, "your prettier than most girls". i blushed. "uh thanks", i said. i could see out of the corner of my eye brick was blushing to. "so tenderfoot how is it living with two brothers?", i asked. "hell!", brick said. "why?", i asked. "oh we fight allot mostly about who gets to pick what we watch on TV or who's turn it is when we play video games or who ate the last of the left over dinner from the night before", brick said. i chuckled and said, "that almost sounds like my sister kuriko and i". "what do you fight about?", brick asked. "we fight over the bathroom in the morning or who gets the last slice of cake and i especially hate it when she takes my makeup with out asking", i said. brick smiled as he rolled his eyes."girls", brick said teasingly. "hey if you was a girl you would understand", i said. "you don't need makeup you know", brick said. i could feel my face turn red. "i like to wear it", i said. "why so you can make boys drop to your feet?", brick asked jokingly. "that's miyako's job", i said. "huh?", brick said. "miyako has always been the pretty one that all the boys love she is also one of the most popular girls in school", i said. "don't take this the wrong way since she is your friend but your definitely prettier", brick said. "aw brick", i said as i pulled into the malls parking lot. "so this is the mall?", brick asked. "yepp", i said. "it looks just like the ones iv seen on TV and in movies", brick said. "well tenderfoot your about to see what a real mall looks like", i said as i pulled into a parking place. i turned off my car and got out as brick got out of the car to. we both walked to the malls door. brick ran ahead of me and held open the door as he bowed down a little and gestured to the door. "right this way ma' lady", brick joked. i laughed as i walked by brick and playfully shoved him. brick laughed to. "so where should we go first?", i asked. "lets go to the arcade", brick said. the arcade was only a few stores away from the entrance doors to the mall. "alright its right up here", i said. the mall didn't have very many people today so the place was less crowded. we walked into the arcade. it was dimly lit and there was arcade games along all the walls. in the middle was a pool table and a air hockey table. along the back was was skee ball games. brick walked over and put a $5 dollar bill in the quarter machine. the machine spit out his quarters four at a time into a cup. brick took the cup and dumped them in his pocket. i started to get money out of my pocket but brick stopped me. "no no its on me", brick said. i smiled as brick led me over to the air hockey table. brick but two quarters in and the game turned on. brick put the puck on the table and hit it with his striker. i easily hit it back to him and into his goal. brick smirked at me as he placed the puck back on the table and hit it. i hit it back to him. this time we kept it going for awhile until it slammed into my goal. i smiled as i placed the puck back on the table. we kept playing until we were tied 6-6. who ever got this next shot would win. brick and i smacked the puck back and forth. brick hit it and it bounced around on my side so i hit it back right past brick's striker and into the goal. a light flashed on the top of the table and said "winner winner". brick smiled as he let go of his striker. "that was fun", brick said. i laughed and said, "okay now what?". "lets play some on these games", brick said pointing to the old machine arcade games. we both walked over the a game that was two player. brick put some quarters in and the game started to play. brick and i were playing as space people. i was flying the spaceship as brick had to shoot at asteroids and other things while our ship was flying away from an enemy ship. i steered around and away from the asteroids as brick shot them. "come on come on come on!", brick said to him self as he pressed the button to fire at the asteroids. i laughed. "wow tenderfoot your pretty good at video games", i said. "you are to", brick said as he smiled. we played that game until we eventually hit an asteroid. brick and i traded places so he could fly and i could shoot. "wow shooting is so much harder", i said after we was a few minutes into the game. "naw flying is harder", brick said. we eventually hit another asteroid so we decided to play some thing else. brick started playing pac-man and i started playing space invaders. "so you come here often?", brick asked. "mostly by myself", i said, "miyako and kaoru don't really like this place". "oh", brick said. "when my little sister was younger we used to come here all the time but she grew out of it i guess", i said. "well at least you have me now", brick said. i smiled as he leaned on the game i was playing since he had already lost the game he was playing. "finally some one i can have fun with!", i said as i smiled. brick laughed. i hit the firing button trying to shoot the last ship but i was to late the ship already came down to low and killed my ship. "damn", i muttered. "lets play skee ball", brick said. brick and i walked over to the skee ball games. brick gave me $1 in quarters. i put 2 quarters in and began to play. brick did the same. "yeah baby!", brick said happily as his ball went into the 100 on the first try. i laughed. brick was actually good at this game. i was to but i do have good aim since i use my yoyo to fight allot. i put the last of my quarters in the skee ball game after my first game was over. brick had just finished his game. "ill be right back?", brick said as he walked off. "alright", i said as i picked up a ball and rolled it up the game and into a 100 hole. "yes!", i whispered to myself. i wonder how kaoru and butch are doing? i hope kaoru is being nice and actually helping butch. maybe one day they will become good friends like brick and i have. brick and i hit it off from the moment we met. maybe it was because of his gorgeous looks that made me feel more comfortable or some thing. bricks brothers was cute to but i think brick is the cutest out of all three. i could feel my face go red. am i really thinking about this right now? i shook my head and cleared my thoughts. i picked up my last ball and rolled it into the 20 hole. i looked up at my score. dang i didn't even get 300 points i was really off my game on this one. "momoko?", brick asked as he tapped my shoulder. i didn't even notice he had come back. i turned to see brick blushing while holding toy stuffed animal. it was a pink fuzzy bear that was holding a heart. "i won this out of the Crane machine i thought you might like it!", brick said softly. i smiled sweetly at him. i could feel my heart flutter. "thank you brick", i said as i hugged him and took the stuffed animal. brick was blushing even more now. "so uh how about some golfing?", i asked. "sure", brick said. we walked out of the arcade i looked at the time and it was already 5:13 pm. "so your pretty good at skee ball", brick said softly. "thanks i get allot of practice with aiming from my job", i said. brick smiled as he understood what i meant. "i guess you have me to thank for that", brick said. "huh?", i asked. "you mainly fight mojo so mojo gives you allot of practice for your aiming", brick said. i laughed and said, "your right thanks brick for letting me kick your dad's ass from time to time". brick laughed. oh that laugh. i blushed as i heard his laugh. we crossed the food court and got to the putput golf course. the lighting was dim due to the black lights. it was a glow in the dark course. we walked up to the desk. "two?", the lady behind the counter said. "yeah", brick said. "six dollars", the lady said. before i could reach into my pocket brick had already handed money to the lady. "do you need score cards?", the lady asked. "nah were just playing for fun", i said, "can i leave my stuffed animal up here?". "sure", the lady said. the lady handed us two golf clubs and a basket of balls to choose our balls from. of course i grabbed a pink one and brick grabbed a red one. we gave the basket to her and went to the first hole. "lady's first", brick said. i smiled as i thought back to the old brick who would of never been this nice. its nice how people grow up and mature. I'm glad brick is nice now. i set my ball down and hit the ball lightly. i got it in the hole on the second try. i reached down in the hole and took my ball out. "your turn tenderfoot", i said. brick smiled and set his ball down. "i must warn you i am very good at this", brick said. "really?", i asked. "yepp me and my brothers would but cups through out the house and use mojo's golf clubs to hit the balls into the cup", brick said, "i usually won all the time". brick hit the ball and got a hole in one. "wow", i said as i smiled. "mojo used to get so mad", brick said as we walked to the second hole. we kept playing and talking. brick got a hole in one on every hole. finally we reached the end. this hole was harder. in had a looping ramp that we had to hit the ball hard enough to make it go all the way around. "I'm going to let you go first", i said. brick smiled as he set his ball down. "alright", brick said. brick easily hit the ball it went through the ramp and rolled to the corner and bounced off the corner and rolled right into the hole. my mouth dropped. "how did you make that!?", i said astonished. brick laughed and said, "i'v got mad skill". "i can see that", i said as i laughed. brick smiled. "i wish i was as good as you i could never get a hole in one", i said as i was about to hit the ball. as soon as i said that brick stepped up to me and put his arms around me and placed his hands on mine. "let me help you", brick said. i could feel my face go red. his touch made me blush. i couldn't help myself. my heart started beating fast. brick helped me hit the ball and sure enough i got a hole in one. brick let me go. i turned to face him. we was so close together. "thank you brick", i said as i smiled. "any time", brick said. we walked back to the counter and handed the lady our clubs. brick handed me my bear. i smiled as we walked out of the golf course and back into the mall. i looked at the time and it was almost 6:30. "well i guess we better get home", i said. brick's smile faded away but then came right back. "i had fun with you today", brick said. "i had allot of fun to", i said as i smiled. neither of us said a word until we got to my car. it was a comfortable silence though. brick opened my door for me. "ohh such a gentlemen", i said. brick smiled and said, "i try". brick closed my door after i was in and walked around to the passenger side of the car and got in. i set my bear in between mine and brick's seat. i started my car and backed out of the parking space. i drove out of the parking lot and went in the direction of brick's house. "we should do this again some time", brick said. "yeah id love that", i said, "i never thought hanging out with a rowdy ruff could be fun". brick laughed. "like i said i can be very surprising", brick said. "that's true i never would of guessed that you would be good at mini golf", i said. "no no no i am the king at mini golf", brick said jokingly. i laughed. "maybe one day i can teach you my mad skills", brick said teasingly. "i will be looking forward to it", i said as i laughed. "i wonder how every ones day went?", brick said. "well if i know kaoru she has probably been giving butch a hard time", i said. "boomer is probably annoying the hell out of miyako", brick said. "nah i think they get along just fine", i said. "kaoru and butch are to competitive to get along with each other", brick said. "yeah i hope one day they will get passed it", i said, "i know kaoru is being to tough on him". "yeah. butch is just try to be friends", brick said, "I'm so glad you don't fight with me because i love hanging out with you". "i love hanging out with you to", i said as i pulled onto brick's street. brick sighed as he looked out the window. i pulled up in front of brick's house and parked my car. brick took off his seat belt and turned to me. his face was sincere. his crimson red eyes sparkled as he looked at me in the dim light since the sun was already going down. i took off my seat belt to so i could actually turn and face him to. "i really had a good time today momoko", brick said. "me to and thank you so much for the bear", i said, "and helping me get a hole in one". brick smiled. i blushed as i remembered him holding me. but then brick leaned close to me and hugged me. i hugged him back. i didn't want this hug to end. brick slowly pulled away and looked into my eyes still holding me. brick slowly leaned down and pressed his lips to mine. softly kissing me. i kissed him back. our lips danced in sync. my heart was beating to fast. brick pulled away and looked at me. "i-i- I'm sorry", brick stuttered. "nope", i said as i reached up and pulled his face back to mine kissing him again. this time our kiss was long and passionate. his arms tightened protectively around me. one of his hands was on the back of my shoulder and the other was on the small of my back. my arms was wrapped around his neck then i ran my finger through his soft hair. we both pulled away when breathing was becoming a problem. the only sound was our ragged breathing. i could feel his hot breath on my face. brick kissed my forehead. i looked brick in the eyes and blushed. "well that was unexpected", brick said. i looked at him questionably. "i figured you was going to smack me or be mad that i kissed you", brick said. "nope i actually cant wait till you do it again", i said teasingly as i poked his arm. brick smiled and gave me a peck on the lips. "i guess i better go so you can get home", brick said. "yeah my dad is probably wondering where i am", i said. brick smiled at me. "oh uh here", i said as i grabbed his hand and a pen that was sitting in the cup holder. i wrote my cell phone number on his hand. "you can call or text any time", i said. brick smiled at me. "i will definitely call you", brick said. "good bye brick", i said as i smiled. "good bye momoko", brick said. i hugged brick one last time before he got out of my car. i watched him walk to the door. i noticed my cars windows were a bit fogged up. i chuckled to myself. i pulled back onto the street and drove off in the direction of my house. i couldn't stop smiling. my heart was still beating fast.
