Lucy's P.O.V.-
A text makes my phone vibrate as I take it out my pocket, I stare at it as I realise its Thompson.
"From: Thompson❤
Hey Babe! Meet in the park in 5? Love you x"
"To: Thompson❤
Its dark! Okay okay, be there soon! Love you too x"
I sigh and roll off the sofa. Its 8pm, even though its early its dark and stars are starting to appear in the sky.
My hairs messy and my face is makeup free, making me look terrible. I can't be bothered to put any on and Thompson would get annoyed, so I quickly shove on my shoes and coat. Grabbing my house and car keys I run out the house, shutting the door behind me. I start to walk down my street, even though it's dark the stars are bright, and the airs hot.
A few minutes later and I arrived at the park, my eyes searching for my beautiful boyfriend through the dark. I see a dark black figure, somewhere by a bench, and start to approach it.
"Thompson?" I call out. The figure by the bench turns to face me and carries on staring, his head turned, but doesn't move.
Weird.
I'm about to turn around when I feel arms wrap around my waist from behind, making me scream. I recognize the laugh from the person behind and kick them in the shins, making them wince in pain.
"Thompson, you idiot!" I say, turning around with a sigh of relief, but my heart still pumping fast.
'Sorry babe, but it was too funny." He laughs, still rubbing his shins.
"Yeah, well I hope that hurt." I say, laughing and grinning.
"Yeah, it did. Anyway, its dark." Thompson sighs, as he puts his hood up.
"Really? No crap, I thought it was sunny." I say sarcastically. Thompson raises his eyebrows at me and I sigh.
"What'd you want anyway? Its 8 o'clock." I ask.
"Well there's something I need to do, and this is the best way to do it." Thompson winks. I become curious and follow him as he entwines his hand in mine and we start to walk.
10 minutes later and we arrive at the entrance of a forest.
I used to come to this forest when I was younger. Inside the surrounding is just trees, everywhere, protecting the sky and around, its beautiful.
"So, Lucy. I've been wanting to do this since well, forever." He sighs, as he turns, his hands behind his back, his back towards me.
"We've been dating for 3, nearly four years. And over those years, I've just realised more and more everyday how much I love you. And, I know we're only young, but-"
"Thompson?" I interrupt softly. What's he trying to get at?
"Look, what I'm trying to say is." He says, as he turns around and walks over to me, leaning down on one knee as he takes my hand and stares up into my eyes. He pulls a deep red velvet heart shaped box out of his pocket and opens it up, revealing a beautiful diamond encrusted ring. "Is, Lucy I love you so much, and I dont ever wanna lose you. Will you marry me?" He asks.
I can't believe this is happening.
I cover my mouth as happy tears pour down my cheeks.
"Yes! Yes, I will." I nod, crying. Thompson grins as he picks me up, his strong arms hugging me tightly as he spins me round. Cheers and claps come from around us and I look around to realise that Josh, Connor, Jay, Matt and two unknown girls are clapping. I laugh and they all come over, congratulating us.
"Well done mate!" Josh cheers, as the boys all run and hug him. I laugh and the two girls come over.
"Congratulations. It was adorable!" One girl says.
"Yep! I caught it all on camera, just like Thompson asked." The other girl smiles.
I laugh and Thompson comes over with the other boys, as he wraps his arm round my waist.
"Lucy, this is Amy, and Nadine. Amy's the girl that's in hospital, and this is her friend Nadine, the one Connor has a thing with." Thompson introduces me. I laugh and hug them both.
"So you're Amy? Josh's told me all about you." I smile, and Amy blushes.
Aw!
"Haha, thanks." She laughs. "Its finally nice to meet you." She smiles.
"Yeah! Me, you and Nadine should all go out one day!" I suggest, grinning.
I love making new friends!
"Yeah that would be...good!" She smiles, before turning to the boys. "Uh, Josh? I need to go, is that okay?"
"Yeah, sure! Crap! We forgot about your injection! Right, we're going now!" Josh says, rushing over to her. "Uh guys, Nadine, we gotta go." Josh says, SNF the boys turn around, Nadine too.
"Right! Well, I'll see you boys tomorrow, I'm gonna walk Lucy home." Thompson smiles, wrapping his arms even tighter. I smile at him and he smiles back.
"Okay, bye Thomps."
"Yeah, see you later bro."
"What Jay said, congrats by the way." All the boys mutter, before disappearing, leaving just me and Thomps.
"Your house free?" He asks, squeezing my waist tighter and smirking.
"Yeah, why?" I ask, smiling.
"Because. Come on, I'll walk you home." He smiles, his other free hand entwining in mine.
