Amy's P.O.V.-
Josh runs his soft, large hands over mine as I run my shaky hands through my soft, straight hair.
What do I say?
We're currently upstairs in mine and Josh's room, about to walk downstairs to inform the boys of the growing baby in my stomach.
"It'll be fine, I'm here. You can do this." Josh coos in my ear, as I stand up to walk out the warm heated bedroom.
"Thanks." I smile weakly. "I love you."
"Love you too." He smiles back. "Now come on, let's go." He takes my hand in his completely and squeezes it tightly.
I smile one more time before walking down the stairs, the boys are all sitting on the sofa apart from Connor who's on the chair in the corner, on his phone.
We get to the bottom of the stairs and they all look at me, smiling.
"Hey Amy!"
"Are you okay?"
"Guys, let her talk!" Thompson shouts. I smile and he smiles back, before it all goes silent.
"Um, so basically, I have some news to tell you. Friday night when we went out, I uh, well, I got raped and it turns out that, I'm pregnant. And I'm keeping the child." I tell the boys. There faces are all a mixture, Matt and Jay are shocked, Thompson looks happy, and Connor looks...Broken.
"Really?" Thompson asks, still grinning.
"I'm so sorry we didn't look after you but...that's brilliant." Matt says, smiling.
"Can I be uncle?" Jay asks.
"I want you all to be uncles..." I smile. They all grin and rush up to me, their strong arms indulging me in a group hug as they squeeze me tight.
After a few moments they get off, and all sit back down in their seats.
"Wait, won't it affect your...illness?" Connor speaks up. They all turn to him, then me, worried looks spread on their attractive faces.
"Yeah but I'll be fine." I say.
"Amy-"
"Leave it." I snap.
Josh's P.O.V.-
Amy storms into the kitchen angrily, slamming the door behind her as it goes silent.
"We've gotta put up with that for the next 9 months? And when the baby's born?" Connor asks.
"Yeah. Hormones have kicked in already." Matt says.
"I can seriously not wait, me and this kid are gonna have so much fun, uncle Jay will definitely be the best uncle." Jay grins, he seems more excited than any of us.
"Yeah." I smile. "She asked me to be it's dad." The thought and memory fills my heart with warmth and happiness.
"That's brilliant! congratulations bro." Thompson says.
"Thanks." I smile.
"She'll die." Connor suddenly says.
"What?" Jay asks.
What is he talking about!?
"She'll die. Think about it. Either the leukaemia or child birth will kill her, or she'll die before the child's born. Sorry to snap you back into reality." Connor snaps harshly, before standing up and walking up the stairs out of view.
My face must've been shocked and upset, as Matt turns to me.
"Dont worry. He's just annoyed." He says. I sigh and shrug, muttering a simple 'I guess so.'
I then remember something.
"Oh, and Connor?" I shout loudly up the stairs. There's silence, and Amy comes out the kitchen with the boys all staring at me.
"What?" Connor shouts down the stairs.
I turn my head to smile at Amy and even though she's confused she genuinely smiles back, and I turn back towards the stairs.
"Me and Amy are together again, so you're dates off. But I'm sure you'll get Nadine back." I shout, smiling.
"Whatever! Fuck off!" Connor shouts, before slamming his bedroom door shut forcefully.
Jay chuckles and shakes his head, Thompson placing his hand on his head and laughing too, Matt just smiling.
"Welcome back Josh." Jay chuckles, laughing at my immaturity.
