First of all DON'T EVER THINK OR SAY THAT YOU ARE FEARLESS, I understand and get it if you say that you don't know your fear, or you one upon a time you wake up so strong and confident and you said to yourself "I got this, am going to fight my fear today, am going to be  FEARLESS" and unexpectedly and out of sudden you conquered your fear and fight it even though you were so coward and too afraid from it before 2 years or less, and in the end you deleted that fear from your life, and I will remind you with no desire to disappoint you :" Congrats for fighting fear 1, and here's your NEW fear waiting for you so be READY "

is something that's starts with a little simple idea or believe that a person has, that keep developing into the worst thing for the person when that little believe turns into a bad terrifying feeling. You see, fear starts with a believe and so it ends with a believe, but we human can't be fearless because whenever we face or fight our fears, new ones come, because we feel and care to whatever surrounds us and they affects us whether positively or negatively, one of those affects is fear , that's why the believe changes into fear.

STOP, right there, don't give up on fighting your fears, don't stop reading even when you realized or read that whenever you get rid of a fear, a new one appears, because I didn't mention the difference in the amount of bad terrifying feeling between the first fear in your life and the other new fears that appeared when you passed the first. That's right, as you read, whenever you conquer a fear or defeat it, you gain experience that will help you and make it easier the next time you face another fear and for free you get a strong resistance to fears, so you can control and decrease the number of fears you have so you can be like the legendary FOUR ( the character name in the divergent series books, I advice you to watch it ) who kept facing and fighting his fears until the number of his fears become the least number in his faction.

Easier said than done, so I will mention for you the ways to conquer or control your fears:
1. Find out where and when did the fear come from, in other words find out the source of the fear which is the believe itself .
2 Battle the fear by using one of those weapons:
A) By underestimating the fear's power and threat on you; I know, I know, HOW IN THE WORLD ARE WE GOING TO UNDERESTIMATE FEAR          the feeling that is making us be afraid and worry over things we shouldn't, the thing that is driving us crazy and terrifying sometimes, how in the world can we underestimate THAT ?? Yes, yes, I agree with that, BUT BUT I also should mention that underestimating fear is like underestimating the strong enemy in the battle, ignoring and underestimating the value of the enemy, that's one of the ways to become free and get loose from the threat or control that's is upon you, that's how you show that you are stronger even if it's not real, the fear's purpose is to make you afraid, but once you seem stronger and not affected from outside , then that purpose isn't achieve so you WIN
( Don't worry after mentioning the weapons I will write example using every weapon )
B) Stabbing the fear's back with LOGIC and FACTS !!. Being logical and sticking with actual scientific factswhile facing your enemy FEAR can really affect, it's the way to end and delete that belief or idea for good, because it's the way to take out the fear from you by its roots into the seed where this terrifying feeling started ( That's right fear can be an enemy and a plant stuck in your mind and it's fruits were planted in your heart ), just forget the bad feeling for moments and remind yourself with all the facts (the real ones) that proves that the fear you are having isn't REAL.
C) Be BRAVE and attach the fear FIRST , take the first chance and face the fear, after that your heart will start pumping, you will start shivering (this time it's not out of cold weather ), you will even freeze  in your place. Pumping heart, shivering body, freezing in place all those are the bombs that the fear throw at you when you approach it, specially when you are getting so close to it, BUT despite all what you are going through, DON'T RUN AWAY like some other people who were so close to the fear but ran away and who are now LIVING in FEAR, because this is your chance to kill the enemy, but first you must try to calm yourself a bit, next be in defending position and keep defending and holding on until the enemy's bombs run out, and finally put the danger on the enemy's heart, and HORAAAAH, you WON and made the fear DISAPPEAR. When you let yourself get through and face all the bombs instead of runaway and then attack with all your might, that will absolutely scare the enemy who went out of bombs, just hold on and be brace to go through all that.
Example: One of Alex's fears is heights, and she really wants to get rid of it, so when she goes to the battle field which is a game that sends you so high in the air and then down more than a time so when she uses weapon;
A she keeps telling herself  almost COMFIDENTLY " it's alright, it's not that scary at all, am going to try it and nothing will happen" then the fear starts getting smaller and smaller DEFEATED by her confident, and so she start getting better and she face the fear and find out in the end of the game that it seriously is a little not that bad fear
B She reminds herself of facts like: " Nothing will happen to me since I put the seatbelt so I will be safe " ," If I fall I won't get hurt since there's things to protect me from bad deadly falls" , " Other people tried this game and nothing happened so it is safe to try" . But in the same time, Alex knows that there is a little weak possibility that she may die suddenly or that something might happen and ended with her in a hospital.
C Try the game, try calming yourself and go for the game. Next, try holding yourself until the bombs run out while you are trying the game and looking down face your fear don't let it stop you from having fun there, Let your body take all the bombs then attack the fear and destroy it in one shot.

3 Practice more than a time until the fear and the feeling  disappear or stop controlling you ( when you know how to deal with it )
