Well, everyone, the reason for a non giving up, active, and positive person to end up like that after planning and really getting excited about what he/she wanted to do is Procrastination not because he/she is being forced, bored, depressed, or even or even for being a loser or normal person. The main reason is the procrastination that lives in each one's life.

2) SOLUTIONS for the Procrastination

First, you have to convince yourself and believe in order in those points written to get the rest of the article and not to say in the end : This is pointless, this article doesn't apply to me, this won't work for me, it only works for other hard working people......etc

1) The MEANING of Procrastination? Why it happens?

is to choose to do something LATER instead of doing it NOW like you PLANNED to, its delaying or postponing anything you wanted to do before to any other day (which might take too long to do when delaying)

is to choose to do something LATER instead of doing it NOW like you PLANNED to, its delaying or postponing anything you wanted to do before to any other day (which might take too long to do when delaying). It might affect the person POSITIVELY or NEGATIVELY depending on the reason of it.
For example:

That affects the person NEGATIVELY, since he postponed what he planned for no good reason, just because he wanted to do something that isn't that important for him

That affects the person NEGATIVELY, since he postponed what he planned for no good reason, just because he wanted to do something that isn't that important for him.
About how it affects POSITIVELY, it's when someone delay something he planned for a good reason; when he must do something more important that can't be postponed too, so in this case, he must procrastinate what he planned for ( which he will REALLY do later, and if he didn't after all that he will be in the same position as the picture above) and do what he has to do.
Not only the picture above describes someone that been affected negatively, it can also affect when he/she procrastinate out of the causes and circumstances that the procrastination breath in. That will lead us to the answer of Why it happens? :
First it can be caused by CONFIDENCE ; because someone who believe in himself/herself and has a strong confident can lead him/her to think and believe: I really can do this work later not now, since I will be fast on doing it later, I will do something different now and I will finish that work tomorrow when I wake up early or before leaving in 15 mins.
It really happens to all people, when their confidence blind them from the possibility that something might happen later that will stop them from doing what they postponed or that it wasn't as easy and fast finishing as they expected. It usually happens to students that go back from school, eat, have 15 mins break before studying for an exam, but then thoughts pop up in their heads that they can play and do sth else now and after hours they will start studying thinking that an exam like that  will be easy and fast for THEM, and so they might end up not finishing studying the exam, or they might finish studying after all this but after not sleeping or being tired. See, it sometimes works that what they expected to do happens as they expected after postponing it but that's only because that thing is easy and fast not because they thought that it is, it's because they have done the same thing before and it turned out by experiment easy and fast, although the possibilty remains that something might happen that won't allow them to do it no matter how easy or fast it is, it's still risky specially if what they postponed is really important.
LAZINESS ; even though it sometimes happen to everyone since we get tired sometimes or bored, but we still need and have to at least be active even for minutes in a day so our body won't keep procrastinating things because it feels that it's hard, tiring, and that the body needs to have a rest, instead of all that even though the task in hand is easy and doesn't need all that effort that your laziness visualized for you.
EXCUSES; Don't say that you never wanted to delay something just because you have an excuse even though you knew that it isn't a good convincing excuse but you stick on with it? Claiming that's it's a good reason? Out of boredom or exhaustion or that you are not convinced in it's importance, or that there's NO TIME , at least for once or twice
Well no matter how many times you have done that here what you must know

Am not saying that when you decide to do something don't ever let go and do it, no, no, we are humans, plus this is life, what I mean is to delay something if you really have a good reason to, so you won't get use to making excuses and so you won't get use to procrastinate. I totally get it because I have made excuses in the past since people can get bored or find something pointless so they try to hide that or run away from doing something like I did, but after that I found out that this isn't what I want and I won't achieve any of my goals, so I pulled myself together and I started running away from excuses not plans.

2. Solutions:
• Time schedules BUT don't ever include tasks that you don't like or not convinced of, because let's face it ; you won't do it (not because you CAN'T but because you don't WANT to). It's going to be annoying and tiring in the beginning since it's a new thing for you plus that you can't mess around like you used to, but keep reminding yourself of why did you even made one so you will keep going on tasks unlike in the past when you were postponing things you really wanted to do.
• Stick some  POSITIVE quotes and statements that encourage you and warn you about procrastination, and they will sure do their magic on you ( am serious, try them, they might affect your mood or not, but it's worth the try )
•Follow those instruction in order:
* Inspire yourself more with the task you want to do.
* Challenge yourself on doing it every day for three days, then a week, then a month.
* Put deadlines; that force you to achieve it in a certain time without delaying, like telling all your friends that in certain date you will show them what you planned for ( This idea is taken from a book called HOW TO BE A BAWSE  by a youtuber called Lilly Sigh that goes by Superwoman who make really funny great videos about people and life, CHECK THEM OUT)
* Appreciate what you did and achieve even if you didn't TOTALLY win the challenge( that you didn't do the task everyday ), by rewarding yourself; if you won the challenge then get the whole amazing award, if you lost reward yourself with half the award or something less amazing for you ( Hey, don't forget that this whole thing is new to you and you are still practicing).
* If all your hard attempts didn't work and you still postpone plus that those solutions didn't affect you so much ( although they would work if you have a great desire to achieve your goals or tasks and a strong will that won't give up on herself, but it's still a possibility that they won't work ), then you will have to find a solution on your own.
In conclusion, I will say if you work hard on yourself and fight this annoying enemy, you will really achieve many things you never believed you would.
Are you ready to  step on PROCRASTINATION and make your way to your goals ?!
So start by choosing your direction of the time of achieving GOALS.
