This vital element is a very essential ingredient to get your work done well, or else you will need luck for whatever to happen. Concentration is gathering your concern from your soul ( mind and heart ) toward doing one thing, which means whatever you are thinking about and whatever your feelings are, they all are involving the one thing you are trying to accomplish or doing. That leads us to the first topic:

The types of concentrating points in life:

* FEELINGS , whenever you are TOO worried, happy, upset, hopeful, hateful, lonely, selfish, selfless, depressed, afraid..etc. Moreover, some people focus TOO MUCH on any of those emotions (negative or positive) for TOO LONG , affecting them to be blind to whatever is taking place in their life or around them, which results to bad harmful consequences.
SUCCESS: focusing you are life and establishing it for the sake of your success, being mostly focused on committing, developing, and stepping forward on your path. Your concern, emotions, and work is only toward succeeding making no higher value to anything over that, and mostly noting could DISTRACT you. That's very good for you, but you have to consider is succeeding that truly desired goal the only source of happiness for you even if it's the most precious, isn't there other valuable things you care about too. SURVIVNG : when all you aim for is eating and having shelter in this harsh hard to get and keep environment, or going with the flow without paying any attention for goals or happiness. All what you are concerned about is getting out of trouble, running from life problems, being safe, satisfying your needs ( not your desires to happiness), and of course acting normal and usual ( yeah, it's a performance since you are trying to be something you are not, which is normal: same as others: not embracing your differences.).

   All those points that anyone would concentrate on in their lifetimes, is vital ( each one of it). HOWEVER, it would be your fall, if you only put our all concern during almost all your life on ONE POINT ignoring totally the others. Plus, why concentrate on only one thing to get only one result when you have the potential and capability to involve others so you would gain VARIETIES of results?

      This all mentioned as facts that involves life, let's explore what involves the chapter of the previous articles specifically "HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL?"

    Here are types of concentration that success pursuers use while working on their truly desired goals:

1) What general people have: The capability of focusing your five senses ( six, if you follow instincts ) and effort ( physically or mentally, or both) and pouring your heart into one task to do in the mean time. For example, when fighting or racing someone, in a contest , or in getting any job done. In companies or work places, all the missions that the company's rise require is divided into group of people, so everyone will concentrate on their part at hand and so doing it well. The more you concentrate, the more the job will be done well or even above expectations. That's one of the reasons why any distractions in successful companies are prevented or dealt with fast. However, concentrating isn't easy specially if it was for a long period of time, since the brain intend to break out of this process into thinking about sth else, our minds aren't that perfect to be able to seriously focus for long without any practice , plus the fact that not everyone has the skill to concentrate too much ( thinking analyzing, remembering, deducting, concluding, solving, planning, deciding,......etc) which requires so much mind effort. There are some ways for people to do to build up that skill, like games. Also there are some saying that certain kind of food is helpful for this skill too ( of course it helps, it's not the main factor here). Of course, there's also some training need to be done hard and repeatedly in order to possess such a skill.

NOTE: In addition, there's also techniques that strengthen concentration by improving your senses ( specially sight and hearing ). In fact, some people intend to close their eyes when trying to listen to sth clearly, since their sense concentration would be focused on hearing rather than hearing and seeing. Some can maintain both senses by practicing on games that requires so much hearing or seeing and remembering which empowers the concentration in memorizing while having a quick look. 

2)Multi-tasker: This is a more advanced skill. What's harder than concentrating very much on one thing for too long is concentrating on two things at one time and so accomplishing two different things at the same time. That is a quality a lot of organizations value, since it leads to more work done in shorter time than usual. This skill can be found randomly on people ( like discussing and doing sth else), but the point is to find it highly and well activated in serious jobs. Obviously, this will need from anyone tense training more than the one before, including long time, hard effort, many attempts, and a patient optimistic spirit.

3) Pressure BREAKER ! Pressure is a very tough enemy for getting the work done. Pressure is at action when conditions such as : less time, pain, dramatic thoughts, speed, too much attention, or worrying matters. It happens to most people when they are on stage ( all eyes are on them expecting them to do well ), in a competition ( specially when they really care about winning or when they do sth wrong), or in exams ( fear of not knowing the answers, or not having enough time specially when the exams determine if they pass the grade or not). The affects of pressure specially in important times are poisonous : lower progress, not accomplishing it well, or stopping; all this because the pressure got them out of the concentrating zone into the panicking zone when thoughts pops up that moves their feelings negatively. The main element for pressure which can't be prevented is caring, caring to win, caring not to be embarrassed, caring not to loose, caring about other problems that happened; when you care about sth, then if anything that seems that the sth that you aim for is slipping from your hands due to the conditions, nervous thoughts start shaping on your mind about the fear of loosing since you really want the opposite, and so all this affects your progress at that time. So people who hold the skill to achieve under pressure are strong hustlers because that means they were able to concentrate without any distractions toward the thoughts or fear caused when pressured, who can continue proceeding calmly and fruitfully despite the little time left, the tiredness of their mind or limbs( if they were used), or the staring eyes on them. That requires a lot of self training under the pressure conditions to get used to it plus understand and apply how to break through pressure if it gets close to crushing ( calming yourself down by trying to speak, motivate, or remind yourself of the purpose you desired or need out of this, plus there's the facts and hopes). 

   Here's some sayings that might help you out whenever you feel pressured while doing a task if you get yourself to listen and trust those words:

- I can do this ! I have trained myself for this.
- I really desire to finish this, so I must keep it together to not ruin it.
- I am here to give all I have got, and its sth big and worth showing, so I should be proud of it.
- If I complete this task, I get to improve or step forward.
-I shouldn't give myself u to the enemy instead I should fight through.
- My desire to get this task over with is more powerful than fear, hesitancy, anger, sadness, or embarrassment.
