Leadership

Previously, I pointed out and explained the characters  leaders should hold in soul. As for this article, I will mention and clear out the general main missions that leaders should do, since there are other tasks they should do according for the goal they and their group pursue.

* Make every day fruitful by their hands and their followers. Despite the amount of progress the team commit everyday, as long as they get closer to their true goal, everyday counts as a success. Leaders should check that every follower is doing their given part well. They should make sure that positive results are being gained everyday no matter how little the results are and no matter what got on the way. Moving forward to 1 is still bigger that staying on 0. Also by that, I mean leaders should make good plans and put strong strategies for the improvement of their follower's productions. In other words, if they concluded that the team's way of working isn't that productive ( as the common purpose requires)  then it's their mission to figure out another more fruitful way to get the work done. If the teams' old strategies are no longer useful, then they need either some changes of them ( adding, deleting, or replacing details)  or  to be turned into a whole new better strategies. Also, if something seems really hard on the followers and it's okay to make some changes ( which won't affect negatively the team progress), then the leaders should come up if possible with easier solutions for that sth. Leaders should ensure that their teams are stepping forward to their common purpose and are accomplishing as much achievements as possible.

* Solving and dealing with issues, either the ones related to work or to the relationships between the followers. Not meaning that leaders should solve everything that happens between followers, but they should when it affects the followers and their progress, in other words, if their problem becomes a massive troublesome thing. However dealing with work issues either about the way they use or the results they are receiving or any obstacle getting in their way of progressing, all those must be taken wisely and leaders should activate the " Open for suggestions" character I mentioned before, in case the issues are seriously bad and no solution crossed the leaders mind. However, handling problems should be done by leaders alone  since their positions demand so, they should be aware of how to conquer those issues and of taking the most suitable and best step ( action, decision, choice) considering  it's results and what it takes . Is it the best solution that has the most positive results and the most suitable to control the issue ? Will they and their followers be able to apply this solution without getting negatively affected more than positively affected ? Surely, leaders should concentrate on solving the issue more than blaming the one responsible unless the issue is solved, and not to forget to put aside any emotions whether it was grief, anger, or depression, because those feelings are poisonous for the purpose of minimizing the issue instead of enlarging it.

Basing commands on LOGICAL reasons and GOOD intentions. Although, leaders have the right position to command followers and so the followers have to do so, leaders should acknowledge that orders that don't serve the group's goal either directly or indirectly are not required and should rather not be obligated. However commands that has to do with the follower's good health are very much essential. Using real logical reasons whenever commanding, is vital;  when they are  applied and done by the followers, they will get closer to their goal. Logical reasons lead to achieving a certain  target since it's based on facts that happens. About the good intentions, this could affect a major on how will those commands be declared and activated by the followers; if the leaders' intentions for their followers are acting bossy or tiring the followers then even if the commands serve the goal, it's still been activated in a wrong way when the leaders used wrong illegal methods to upset some followers by ensuring the new orders are being followed in unsuitable ways. Moreover, some leaders base their commands for the sake of theirselves not for the sake of the whole team, which won't lead to success but rather the fall of the groups with these selfish leaders. Although some leaders declare commands that might seem so hard, tiring, and time-taking, but as long as the second element which is good intentions are there, then these commands will raise up the whole group since it's main pure vital purpose is to gain positive results for the benefit of the team not to upset or abuse them. Obviously as I pointed out before, if involving emotions when giving a command is toxic and wouldn't fulfill the main purpose, then they would rather be controlled away. If the motivation for such a command was out of anger, frustration, disappointment ......etc then, let the mind ALONE figure out what's the best command to make or if there was any necessity  for making a command in the first place. Basing orders on logical reason will bring the team closer to the goal and good intentions will bring the team closer to their leader since there's no tension between them.

* Act strict but considerate toward your followers. Leaders shouldn't change their right best available steps missing a big chance to seriously reach a high level, only because some followers refused or haven't agreed. Leaders should be strict when there's no good logical reason not to, specially when it's good for  teams to have  leaders that stick with their words and not that easy to change their mind, so their commands would have a strong place among the followers and the followers will take them seriously ,specially the slackers. However, leaders heart aren't made of stone that they can't forgive, make an exception, or take a step back. Being considerate toward followers specially in urgent insecure circumstances that happened with followers, it's right as a human being and is important for their leader  since they will be on good terms and help each other out. Don't take back a decision you made just because it seems too exhausting or hard for the followers, but if the commands turn out to be harmful and too exhausting for a human being to handle for a long time without very bad consequences, then it's better and should be crossed out, or at least not activated for a long period of time if it was so important to make such a command due to circumstances or to use a golden precious chance that won't likely be repeated which will develop a major for the main purpose. However, if there was an easier option that will SURLY work and be gained from it the same results, then it's better to choose it than the harsh harmful commands. Obviously, the commands must be legal and fruitful, plus worth all the hard work and long time.

*Being a good effective example. Since leaders are in charge of their teams and are in high important position among followers, then its likely for some to look up to them and to imitate their actions, ethics, and characters. If leaders are careful, responsible, hard working, kind, confident, or patient then it's most likely for their followers to be like that  somehow. Not meaning they will be exactly like their leaders; everyone is different and no matter how you try to be another person by imitating all their actions, thinking way, or saying, you are still you,  plus it won't work. What I meant is that  the followers will imitate or plant some of the leaders' morals inside of them reflecting them in their own different way. If leaders come up with unique ideas, if they treat others fairly, or if they give others a hand, then the followers who really admired and who set improving in soul ( heart and mind) a goal by taking a leader model  will probably act like their leaders. They won't be their leaders, but they will be better than their previous selves if they start adding morals, deleting bad ethics , and even changing their standards or perspectives of things when they knew better and benefited from their leaders well. My father rushes me and my sisters to get ready so he won't get to his office late after dropping us at school, even though he's a company's principle who won't get punished for getting late for work, but he prefers to show a good example for the other workers so they won't get late to work too and so this whole thing won't affect the company's progress.
