The Force Between Us // Kylo Ren

Chapter XXXIII

My eyes flutter open when I feel something stirs near me. My eyes take in a white room littered with medical instruments. I hear a constant beeping and I begin to drift back asleep but I then I feel something touch my head. Hard but gentle fingers lace through my hair as they softly make their way to my face. The calloused fingers cup my face and raise my head. I blink to get the haze out of my eyes when I lock on to a smiling face.
"Kylo! You alive!" I jump up and land on Kylo as I hug him. I bury my head into his neck as I breath in his lively sent.
He lets out a deep chuckle. "Yes it is me. Alive in the flesh. I swore from the day I started training you that I will never leave your side. And so far not even death could stop me from breaking that promise."
Our lips clash as our personal space is broken. He runs his hands down my back as I twist my hands in his hair. I had almost had forgotten how it felt to kiss the one I love. And now that I had him I was never letting him go. The moment we have is so perfect that I know I will never forget. I am in complete happiness just being held by Kylo. He loves me and I love him and that's all I need.
All of a sudden the happiest moment of my life becomes cold. The hospital door burst open as Resistance fighters rush in pointing blasters at us. One rebel grabs my arm dragging me off Kylo. Kylo try's to reach for me but he is still to weak as more rebels pin him down. It takes two Resistance fighters to hold me back as I thrash and kick trying to escape.
I watch as they throw Kylo off the bed as the stitches on him face break open and blood pours everywhere. Just as I thought things couldn't get worse. A familiar figure walks in. He looks at me with hatred.
"Poe? What is happening? Why are you doing this?" I ask as a sob raises in my throat.
"You betrayed the Resistance and now you must pay. You are a worthless person who now is corrupted by the dark side. When you were captured no one missed you. In fact we were better off with out you and your show off ways. No body likes you and nobody wants you."
"Poe please you don't have to do this."
"Oh but you see I do." Poe snaps his fingers together as Kylo is forced to his knees and a blaster is held to the back of his head. Kylo looks at me with steady eyes as he mouths something to me.
"I love you"
Poe turns to watch my expression as I hear a shot go off then I watch as Kylo's bright eyes dim. He falls to the ground in a bloody pool. I scream in pain and the sound has so much force that it pushes everyone against the wall.
I close my eyes and everything disappears. It is only me and Kylo laying dead on the white floor. I rock back and forth as I repeat.
"Please, no, I will do anything!"

I am jolted awake when a hand is placed on my shoulder. I snap as I grab the arm and pull the person forward. They stumble and fall as I put a knee to their chest and pin both of their arms on the ground. I begin to recognize the person as I get off them and help them up.
"Sorry Nina. I didn't realize it was you"
"It's fine. Where you having a bad dream? Do you want to talk about it?"
"No." She stares at me concerned but I turn my face so I don't have to look at her.
"Roe please you can tell me anything."
"I told you I don't want to talk about it!" I accidentally throw my hand out as the side table near Kylo's bed flips over. I look at Nina's expression as fear etches across it.
"Nina I am sorry. I didn't mean..." I shake my head confused as I look at Kylo's deathly white face. He still hasn't got any better since the day we brought him in and that was a week ago.
"Roe I understand your pain but you need to move on. Kylo would want you to be taking care of your self. He would hate to see you in this condition."
"Don't tell me what Kylo would want! You don't even know him." I shoot Nina a deathly glare as I shove her out of the way and barge through the door. I don't know why I had grown so angry with Nina. She had always been able to calm me down but recently her effect as worn off.
I walk for what seems like forever when I stop and look around. I don't recognize anything so I trace my steps back. I must have taken a wrong turn because I end up in front of a huge door. I recognize it as the meeting room were I had first met Supreme Leader Snoke. I begin to feel drawn to the room as I hear whispers urging me to go in. Like in a trace I open to door and walk inside.
I am met with darkness but suddenly the huge figure of Supreme Leader Snoke flickers on.
"My child." His loud voice booms against the walls. Though I should be scare I am not I almost feel calm. "Please come here. I sense your pain and I am here to relive you of it."
"Can you really help me?"
"Yes my child come closer." I walk down the long walk Way as the only sound is made from the clicking of my boots.
"Roe, I can sense the pain and anger with in you. You are scared Kylo will die. But my child there is nothing to worry about. If you trust me I can show you the power of the dark side. For then can your pain be eliminated."
I stared at Snoke as I realize this is the only way. Somehow Snoke had implanted the idea in my head that if I swore my life to the dark side then Kylo will live. And that is exactly what I did.
I kneeled down on one knee as I bowed my head. "Supreme Leader Snoke. I plead my allegiance to the dark side. Show me the ways and truths and I know I will not fail you."
"Yes, yes very good." Snoke lets out a sickening laugh as his voice echoes across the room.

So cliff hanger! We'll sort of.
