I stare at him for a few seconds, before grabbing him and pulling him into a hug. "Hey, shhh. It's gonna be okay, I am here." he whispers into my ear over and over again. I stare at the wall, trying to process what just happened in that dream.

Piper's POV
I pour myself a cup of coffee and then pour some creamer into it.
"Good morning" Noah says, wrapping his arms around me.
"Morning" I say, giving him a smile. "Would you like a cup of coffee?" I ask.
"Sure." he says, flashing me a smile back.
I nod my head, grabbing another cup and pouring some coffee in it.
"Here ya go" I say, handing him the cup.
"Thank you" he says, grabbing the cup from my hand.
I grab my cup and go take a seat right next to him. He looks up to me and I can tell he wants to talk about what happened last night.
"I know you want to talk about what happened." I tell him.
"You don't have to unless you want too" he says, putting his hand on my arm.
"I do, it's just strange." I say.
"It's okay, take however long you need." he says, giving me a little smile.
I nod my head and think of ways I can start off the story. It's just something about that young girl that gave me chills. I tell him the whole dream, how we got called in, the screaming that was coming from nowhere, and most importantly the girl who shot me.
"She just looked so familiar, but I can't put my mind on it." I say, trying to explain.
"It was a dream, and usually your head takes people that you have seen in real life and put them into your head, or dream. It was probably a family or friend of one of your patients, I am mean there is so many that it would probably be possible." he says, pointing out probably the obvious.
"I know, it's just." I say, groaning.
"I know, its frustrating not being able to find out who it is." he says, rubbing my back.
I nod my head, and right after my phone dings.
"Ellis?" he asks.
"Yeah, she is at the hospital with Daniel right now, she says its an emergency." I say.
He nods his head and we run to the room quickly getting out of our pajama's and into casual everyday clothing.
"Ready?" he asks me.
"Mhm." I say, grabbing my purse and heading to the front.
"Do you have the keys?" I ask him.
He nods his head and opens the door, letting me through. I thank him and we rush out to the car.
"Did she say what is was?" he asks me.
"No, bu-" I say, but get cut off by our pagers going off.
"I am guessing it has something to do with that." he says, answering his own question.
I nod my head and let out a little chuckle.
"Plane Crash." I read.
"Damn." he says, going a little faster.
"Yeah." I say.
We go the rest of the way in silence, but it feels comfy not awkward. We pull into the hospital parking lot, quickly parking. We then rush out of the car, giving each other a goodbye kiss and heading to our lounges. When I get there I quickly change into my scrubs and rush down to the ER.
"Sloan, over here!" Meredith yells.
I nod my head, rushing over to her."We need to get her to the OR right away, her lung has collapsed." Meredith says.
"Okay" I say.
We start pushing the gurney down the hall, when I look down at the face of the victim, and it almost stops me in my tracks.
"Sloan, are you okay?" Meredith asks me.
I nod my head, which earns me a questioning look from her, but we keep rushing down the hallway to the OR.
The face of the girl lying on the bed, is the one I saw in my dream last night, which leaves me with many questions but those will have to wait.
A/Noh my gosh guys I am so sorry that I haven't been posting I have been in such writers block lately, and I don't really know if I enjoy doing this anymore. I love writing for other people, but I am just not sure if this book is as good as it use to be. Thank you to all the readers who still take the time out to read this story, you mean the world to me. Until next time.
