Bella's POV
It's my last visit at school to get my actual diploma. I'm free after this. Free to roam Europe by myself.
"Hey, Bella!" I looked at behind me, I don't see anyone. "Bella, over here! I looked up the third floor. There they are. My classmates waving at me. I wave back. "Wait for us." I nod and signal that I'll wait for them to get down. I seated on the near bench. Pretending to read one of my books.
"Bella, hey! There you are." I looked up, I smiled at them.
"Hi, girls! What's up?" Looking at Amy, Claire, Sunny, and Dane. They're all in my Lab class.
"We need your help with something?" Amy said shyly.
"Oh, yeah? What about?" I'm puzzled on the shyness if they're just gonna ask my help about lab notes or something.
"You tell her." Amy said to Dane. While Dane looking at Sunny.
"Go on,Dane." Sunny said
"Your all making me nervous, Girls." I smiled at them, to get rid of their tension.
"Well, actually. We wanted to know if your friends have a girlfriends."Claire blurted out.
I put my fingers on my lips and shake my head "None, I guess. Not that I know of."
The four girls squeals with excitement.
"Great!"Amy said all smiles. "I mean, that's nice to hear."
"Can you set us up with them? Introduce us, that is." Sunny asked in anticipation.
"Ofcourse! Is that it?" I said, relief all over my face. Atleast its not life and death.
"Yeah. That's about it." Dane uttered.
"Cool, come with me. They're at the cafeteria now. I'll introduce you."
We are giggling our way to the cafeteria. They are talking about my friends as their crushes. It's not the first time that I've been approach by girls asking me to give their gifts to my friends. Or asked me to introduce them and stuff. I'm used to it. And I find it amusing that my hottest friends just ignore the girls flocking towards them. I asked them not to be obvious in front of them that they have a crush on them, or I will never hear the end of it again. They'll nag me! The last time, lasted for a week.
I saw them by the door. I wave at them. They wave back.
"Bella!" They said in sync Once I entered the door.
"Hey, guys!" Ali stands up and offer me his seat. "Thanks, Ali. But I'm sitting with them." Pointing out the girls behind me.
"Oh, I see."Rain commented.
"Why don't you join us? Let's add up the table." Shane suggested. Liam just shrugged his shoulder.
"Okay!"I smiled mischievously. "Girls, seat." They seated next to each other. "Since we are seating here, let me introduce you to my very very good friends." I start pointing to Shane, then Rain, Liam and Ali. "This is Shane, Rain, Liam and Ali. Guys, say hi to my lab friends. Amy, Claire, Sunny, and Dane." Shane extended his hand to shake the girls hand. Rain, Ali and Liam follows on the gesture. I can't help but notice Sunny is blushing. That made me smile.
"You guys talk. I'll order us food, before we finish our laboratory thingy. Okay?" I stand up, to order.
"I'll help you."Ali volunteers.
"No, No! I'm fine." I answer to quickly. I hope Ali didn't notice that.
"Are you sure?" Liam asked.
"Yeeeees. I'm fine." I smiled. "Keep them company while I'm gone. Dont bore them to death, okay?" I winked. "It's bad enough that we are extending our research lab experiment. Why is Professor giving us a hard time, when I already march on graduation day. Why can't he just give me my diploma." I added to not be conspicous.
I took my time ordering and chatted with the guys on my lit class. Liam approach us just on time, when they were asking for my number.
"Cameron, Sam, I'm sorry but can I borrow Bella for a bit." He placed his hands on my shoulder and usher me to our table. He didn't wait for their response. I just wave at them. "Sit here, please. Your food is already here. And your friends are waiting for you to talk about your laboratory, right girls?" Liam look at the girls for a second and look back at me again. "If you need anything else? I'll get it for you."Liam smiled at me.
"Here's your food. I already ate the one's that you don't like."Ali placed the plate in front of me. I can see the envy on Amy and Dane's face.
"Thank you, Ali."I said smiling for the sweet gesture. I focused my attention to the girls, with apologetic look on my face. "I'm sorry for ditching you girls with my boring friends here. I swear, they're not anti-social."I joked.
"Hey, Rain and I entertained them. Right, Girls? Shane smiled his sweetest smile. To charmed them. I'm sure.
I shake my head and nod. "Okay, okay."
We parted with the girls. And thanks to Claire for being quick witted and thinking of a good solution for our laboratory expirement research.
But even so, my friends are way smarter. They knew what I'm up to from the very beginning I entered the cafeteria. And as expected, they're making me pay for it.
"Bella, you are so busted." Shane laughs.
"What did I do wrong?" I asked with puppy eyes.
"I told you, dont bother yourself introducing us with other girls."Liam said.
"I'm sorry. But, we are really doing the research. Honestly, I'm not playing cupid. I swear."I'm doomed. I know. But I have to save my ego, atleast.
"You're so cute when you lie, we can tell."Rain said.
"I'm not."I responded with a small voice.
They all laugh at me. They're laughing that I'm still sticking with my story.
"For that, you have to fetch and drive us home for a week." Ali said.
"Ali!" I scream in shocked. "Seriously?"I said not believing what I just heard. They're punishing me, like this. The last time was I bought them food for a week. I should've know better that I would never outsmart them. Darn it.
"Yes!"They said all at Once.
"Can I bring a driver, then?"I'm negotiating my cause.
They looked at each other and nod. "Okay."
