Zoey PoV🌹✨

"You okay Zoey?" Jahi asked.

"Why'd you stop?" Shantel asked.

"Can we umm...not go that way?" I suggested.

"Why not? This is the fastest way..." Jahi said. "What's wrong? Why don't you wanna go this way?" He asked starting to look concerned.

"Uhh..." I trailed off. "It's okay, I'll just go this way. See you guys tomorrow ok?" I said nervously and started walking in the opposite direction as fast as I could.

They all looked at each other with puzzled faces as they tried to figure out why I was acting this way.

"You can not go near him" I whispered to myself as I kept walking even though I could hear the voices behind me calling my name.

"Hey, Zoey" Jahi ran up beside me. "You can tell me what's wrong...I'm your bestfriend" he said and I stopped walking.

"I just saw Isiah Reed." I confessed.

"Ok...is that why you're all scared? Cos I promise I won't let him hurt you, ever." He said.

"Has he...hurt you?" He asked.

As I thought about it my eyes started to well up with tears.

"Zoey...you can tell me..." he said then realised I was about to cry and hugged me.

I hate thinking about him. I hate talking about him. And I also really hate when people ask me about him.😔

"It's ok, we can go this way..." Jahi said. I wiped my tears. "But Zoey..." I looked up at him. "I'm gonna need you tell me what he did eventually...you know...when you're ready..." he said and I sighed. Then we started walking again.

He walked me to my house then I invited him in cos only Jalen and Zay were home.

We walked inside and I put my bag down.

"Hey Zo" Jalen said.

"Hey Jay" I replied.

"How was- oh who's he?" He asked looking at Jahi.

"...Jahi" I said in a duh tone.

"Ohh yeah! Wassup man" he said.

"Wassup" Jahi replied.

We went up to my room and both plopped down onto my bed. We just did what we usually did and went on our phones. That's how close we are, we can just be doing our own thing while enjoying each others company.🙃 Even when aren't talking.🤷🏽‍♀️ But then I eventually got bored and actually wanted to do something😂 so I started a live stream and soon as I started I already had like 260 viewers.
