We're all heading to our classes now. I'm in this class with Shanty and Aaliyah.
We sit at a table at the back of the class.
"Ok settle down everyone" Mr Brookes says as he sits down at his desk.
"Today we're gonna be looking at..."
30 minutes later
"And that is how-"
He gets cut off by the door swinging open. Highlight of the class🙄
"What are you doing in my class?" Mr Brookes asks the person at the door.
"I don't know"
My head shoots up. It's Jahi!😄
"Who sent you?" He asks.
"I don't know" he repeats.
"What do you mean you don't know?"
"Some substitute teacher...I think she said her name was..." he laughs "Miss Coochie"
Everybody starts laughing including me. We are so immature😂
"Miss Cooches, Jahi." Mr Brookes corrects with a straight face.
"Yeah that"
"Why'd she send you here?"
"I dunno...something about being disruptive" he shrugs.
"Why not the principal's office?"
"He's busy or something" Jahi says making his way over to us.
Mr Brookes sighs. "Just sit at the back and be quiet." He orders.
"Alright sir, you won't hear a sound from me" Jahi smirks sitting on the chair next to me.
"So anyways that's how..." Mr Brookes continues before my attention is drawn towards Jahi.
"Hey" he whispers.
"Hey" I whisper back.
"Did you miss me?"
"Maybe, did you miss me?" I ask.
"Maybe. Can I get my kiss now?" He whispers extra quietly.
"Seriously?😑" I ask.
"Yeah, no one's watching"
"Shanty and Aaliyah are right here" I say.
"Ok fine I'll wait😒" he says.
