Y/n povWe walked down the road towards my hotel.
"So, we actually went out to catch up with each other and we rarely did that." Phil pointed out, smiled to the ground. "How about we take turns asking questions, both of us answering the question."
"Alright. I think you should go first. It was your idea."
"Okay. How was your school? Was everyone nice?" he looked over at me, a kind smile plastered on his face.
"It was nice i guess. I hated it since it was school and there were no Phils there to keep me entertained." I nudged him a little. "People wise, most of them were nice. There were a couple of bullies but they never really noticed me. I had a few friends then. Im not friends with any of them anymore though."
"Well our school never changed. Every one was the same, the classes were boring, you know the normal stuff. I went to collage and graduated with a degree in English language. I made some friends then. I still talk to some of them."
"I went to collage too. I dropped out after a year though because it was too stressful and crap. You know?" He nodded.
"Dan dropped out for that reason too."
"Have you dated anyone since we last saw each other?" I asked out of no where.
He was silent for a bit. "No. At least I don't remember it if i did. Which means it couldn't have lasted long." we kept walking in silence. "What about you?"
"Me? No, I haven't. None of them really stuck out to me." I looked up at Phil, a pained expression on his face. "No, Phil, this is after I had to leave. Not before."
"Alright. Alright. Its fine." he forced a smile. "Come on. I have to get you to your hotel so I can get to mine before dark. Hurry up." he dragged me after him as he pick up the pace.
"Slow down Phil! This is us time right now!" I ran with him, hoping to keep my arm attached to my body.
"I dont like walking at dark by myself y/n. Especially in an unfamiliar place." I sighed and raced after him until we got to my hotel. We ended up having a race to see who was faster, Phil barley winning.
"Do you want to come up?" I asked walking through the doors.
"What kind of gentlemen would I be if I didn't?" he walked in behind me. We stepped in the empty elevator. I pressed the bottom to my level. We stood in silence as it went up. It stopped and we got out. I led him down the hall to my room. I swiped my card then turned to him.
"Thank you for tonight. I really enjoyed hang out with you again." I gave him a small smile.
"No problem. I really loved it too. Maybe we can do it again some time." He returned a smile.
"Ya! That sounds great. You better be on your way if you want to get back before dark."
He let out a small laugh. "Ya. I probably should. Ill see you tomorrow?"
"See you tomorrow."
Phils pov
She waved to me as I walked down the hall. I heard her door click shut. I stopped close to the end. Suddenly I didn't have the will to leave. I absent mindedly walked back and knocked on her door. As soon as I realized what I did I stumbled back.
"What was that? Why did I do that? I can't just leave! What do i do? What am I suppose to tell her?" I panicked to myself. Before I could figure something out she answered the door.
"Phil? Is everything alright?" I looked into her confused eyes.
"Ya. Ya, everything is fine. I just... Wanted to say bye one last time before I go. Yep. That's what I was doing." I quickly turned on my heels and started to go back down the hallway.
"Wait. Come inside Phil." I turned back to her.
"You sure?" she nodded. I slowly made my way back to the door for the third time. I walked in and stood awkwardly in front of her door.
"Come sit with me Phil." she patted a spot next to her on the bed. I made my way towards her and sat down. "Now, there's something on your mind. You don't have to tell me directly but I want to know what it is."
I took a deep breath. "Are you dating anyone? I want to make sure."
She thought for a minute before answering. "I don't think so."
I looked at her confused. "What does that mean?"
"No Phil. Im not dating anyone."
"Oh." I whispered. "So that means i can do this?" I leaned towards her and kissed her. I pulled back and looked at her expectantly.
"You already have Phil."
"Ya. I knew that before you apparently. I just wanted to make sure you wouldn't be in trouble." she smiled at me again.
"Im not getting in trouble with anyone. I don't know about you."
"Of course not. I would never cheat y/n." I faked a hurt expression.
"Then kiss me again, Philip."
"Someone's hungry." I connected our lips again, falling back on the bed. I unknowingly had gotten on top of her, slowly moving my hands up her back under her shirt. I broke the kiss for a second, to catch my breath, breaking myself out of the trance. I quickly got off her and hurried to the door.
"Im sorry. Ill be on my way now. Once again, sorry." I reached for the door handle, but I felt something grab my arm. I turned to see y/n holding on to my arm, her whole face flushed red.
"At least stay the night. Don't just rush off after that." I stared into her eyes, giving up.
"Only tonight. That's it."
