Awwww ya, we hit 2k guyssssss

Also, still really bad at titles...

Y/n pov

I could tell Phil felt bad. He wouldn't say it, he kept saying he was fine. But I could see it in his eyes. He still felt like he was the reason I was crying. Its really hard to explain to someone that they aren't the reason you were crying if you don't know why you were crying.

I had distracted him by playing movie after movie. That's all we did today. Watch movies.

It seemed to distract him pretty well. To forget about your life and to just focus on the characters.

It wasnt until midnight that he spoke again.

"Im sorry." he muttered.

I sighed and looked over at him. "Stop saying sorry. You have nothing to be sorry about."

"Yes I do! I made you cry, Y/n. Im not suppose to do that. Im suppose to kill anyone who makes you cry. Not be the one to do it." he looked at me, his eyes glossy.

"Phil, stop being so hard on yourself. You didn't make me cry. Sometimes there's no reason. Sometimes there is a reason, its just unknown. Other times its just because I get frustrated with life." I gently put my hand on his cheek.

"But aren't I your life? Wouldnt that make you frustrated with me?" I quietly shushed him and pulled him into a tight hug.

"I might get frustrated with you at some points. Might get mad. But ill always love you." I whispered in his ear. He hugged me back, nestling his head into my shoulder.

"Im tired. Im going to go to bed." he kissed my head, standing up. "You can come join me whenever if you want." he muttered and held his head in his hand. He walked out of the room, his head still in his hand.

"Are you okay? I can get you some medicine if you need it."

"No Y/n. Ill be fine. Just need some sleep." he continued walking to my bedroom. I heard my door creak open but not click shut. I sighed as I leaned up against the arm of the couch. I watched the rest of the movie before I went to bed.

The credits had just started to roll when I turned off the TV. I walked to my room and pushed the door open a bit more. Phil was laid on the bed, his breathing slow and steady. He was faced towards the bed. His mouth was slightly open, small breaths going in and out.

I laid down next to him. He was deep in his peaceful sleep. He flinched every now and again. I kissed his cheek before settling in and closing my eyes.
