Hayley
The truth was her head hurt like hell but she decided to skip it. He looked at her with questioning eyes and raised his dark eyebrows. His blue eyes glinted. She smiled, admiring how good looking he really was.
“Okay.” He said, accepting her answer. She placed her hand over his; his hands were so much bigger than her own. He looked at their hands blankly. He must have a lot on his mind. She thought to herself.
“Are you sure you are okay?” She asked curiously.
“Hmm?” He looked up from his daze. “Oh yeah, I'm great.” He smiled warmly and faint wrinkles formed around his mouth, she could see straight through that smile. Hayley squeezed his hand.
“What's on your mind babe?”
“Nothing, just thinking about where we are going next. I didn't plan very well.” He admitted. Hayley wondered if he meant the trip or their relationship. It could go either way. Her cut on her head throbbed in pain all of a sudden.
“Not many places are there?” He said guiltily.
“Yeah I agree, and I feel a bit faint anyway. Should we just go home?” He looked at her with searching eyes, his eyes rested at her mouth. She couldn't help but smile at him. He leaned forward and kissed her lips gently and then helped her out of her seat. He placed their bill on the table and then walked hand in hand with her out of the coffee shop.
Hayley felt terrible, she couldn't keep her eyes focussed and she felt as if she was going to fall over any second.
“Are you sure you are okay?” He asked for about the thirteenth time already.
“I'm actually not so sure anymore.” She said, questioning her own feelings of the matter.
“Do you feel dizzy?” He asked, as if he knew what was wrong.
“Yeah, a little.” She admitted.
“Do you want me to stop walking? So you can rest.”
“No, no I promise I'll be okay.” He looked at her and shook his head,
“I don't believe you.”
“And why not?” She argued.
“Well, because right now you can barely walk in a straight line.” Suddenly everything around her started spinning out of control. Passers-by turned into a blur and she felt herself hit the sidewalk.
“Where am I?” She shouted as she opened her eyes and sat up. Her head throbbed again. “Owww, bad idea.” She said softly. Lewis was kneeling at her side.
“Shhh. Lie back down. You are back on the train.” She nodded her head but that too hurt. As Hayley lay back down, he took her hand in his and played with her fingers.
“You took a nasty fall back there, and well, you passed out.”
“I passed out?” She whispered in shock, she wrinkled her forehead. Lewis nodded; he seemed very distant, like he was when he was 'thinking' in the coffee shop. She pushed herself up on her elbows.
“How did I get on the train?” She asked slowly. He lifted his head, almost as if he was proud of what he was about to say.
“I carried you, how else? You sure are in the wars, aren't you?” Α smile twirled on his mouth and his eyes lit up. She chuckled to herself and then caressed his cheek with the back of her fingers, her hand stopped at his chin. She gazed into his blue eyes and pulled him forward by his chin and kissed his lips softly.
“Thank you.” He closed his eyes, enjoying their closeness. His warmth emanated off of him, she felt warm inside. He brushed her hair through his fingers and pulled her into a more forceful kiss, she liked these types of kisses because after them she always felt like she and him were closer than ever. She tried to speak but she couldn't pull herself away from the kiss. Their breathing became deeper and longer. I have to stop, before we go too far. She thought to herself. But I need him, I want to kiss him. While she debated, he pulled her in-between his lap, onto the floor. She wrapped her arms around his neck and tugged him closer. He put his arms around her waist and kissed her passionately.
“Α, angel.” She said in-between kisses. “We...need...to...to stop.” He wrapped her legs around him and then whispered, “Hold on tight.” He stood up as he held her tightly, embraced in his arms and then lay her back on the seat. He slid his back down the wall and sat next to her on the floor. He sighed loudly, “I keep telling myself not to get too carried away.” He brushed his hands through his dark hair and pushed his palms against his eyes. She slid her head on the seat to face him.
“Hey, don't take it so hard on yourself.” She smiled at him as he looked up at her.
“You are a great kisser.” She stuck out her tongue playfully. He scoffed and replied vainly,
“I know.” He grinned at her and she couldn't help but laugh at how adorable he was.
