"Yes of course, sir," Julian bowed in front of the man in front of him, and seconds later, small drops of water fell on the window.
"Great work. Thanks to your commitment, we can grow our crops without mutating mother nature herself."
Julian smiled politely, "sir, I've been thinking, and maybe you could," he took a soft breath, images of his exhausted friend flashing through his mind, but he shook his head. He couldn't reveal that information. "I thought maybe you could get someone to make a schedule of the needed weather every day, so you won't have to make time for me in your busy schedule every day."
The man laughed heartily, as he clasped his hands together, "you are indeed a very smart boy. Thank you for your suggestion and consideration, you'll be rewarded for this."
"Thank you, sir. I'll excuse myself now."
As soon as Julian exited the room, he let out a sigh, and a troubled look marked his face.
"I couldn't do it, again."
The rain started falling down harder as he fell deeper into his thoughts.
