We went for a walk in Central Park, and he would not let go of me. He acted like a four year old and I was his teddy bear that he wouldn't let go of if his life depended on it. Of course, I found this incredibly cute. But it was also a little annoying. But the cuteness outweighed it.

"I love you." He murmured into my ear for the millionth time.

I sighed but couldn't erase my smile. "I know. I love you too, Lucian."

"I love yooouuuu." He cooed again.

"Okay, I'm sorry. Lucian, are you on something?" I looked up from my phone, very weirded out with his unusual behavior. We were sitting on a bench and I was sitting between his legs. He had his strong arms wrapped around me with his face nuzzled in the crook of my neck, giving me chills every time he exhaled.

"No, I just love loving you." He said, melting my insides.

I shuddered from the tingling feels of my heart fluttering and myself swooning. "You have no idea how much I loved that sentence from you."

"I think I have a pretty good idea. Because I felt the same way saying it." He placed a gentle kiss on my neck, making me shudder again.

"You're acting different." I said.

"Elaborate, baby."

"Woah! Did you just call me baby?" I scoffed in disbelief. "That's exactly what I'm talking about. Never in the little over two months have you ever called me anything close to that besides princess. And that nickname didn't even last long. And you're never clinging to me like this, and you're being cuter than usual."

"Well you are leaving in a couple of hours. I realize that you won't be around for awhile and all I can think about is that everything is going to be ruined because of your leave. My mornings will be boring, my afternoons will be meaningless and my evenings will be lonely. I never realized how much I actually need you in my everyday life. And now that I do, I don't ever want you to leave my sight." He breathed with slight frustration.

I stayed silent for a moment, and turned to face him more, throwing my legs over one of his. I placed a hand to his cheek, bringing his beautiful hazel eyes up to gaze into my vibrant green ones. "I'm sorry that I'm ruining your life by leaving. But it's only three months. You know I'll call you everyday when I can. And if you want to talk to me, I will throw everything aside to answer your call, whether I'm in a meeting or working. There's FaceTime, Skype, Duo. And I'll send you pictures and videos of my progress. It'll be like I virtually never left."

He smiled a little, and I sat up straight to kiss his warm forehead. "Just don't get crabby and do not mistreat your employees because of your crabbiness. If Lucas calls me and tells me that you're being rude to anybody in Monte L, you will not like the punishment. And if you bribe Lucas, I'll call your father."

"My father won't care. He's just as strict as I am when it comes to employees. If they screw up, they get chastised." He said.

"Then I will call your mother. Who will care very, very much." I tilted my head with a smug and threatening look, and his face paled.

"No, please do not tell my mamá." He shook his head pleadingly.

"If you swear to me that you won't let your bad mood be taken out on the innocent workers of Monte L." I blackmailed for the emotional protection of the people of Monte L.
