-Shayna's POV-

"Shane, I'm tired. Let's go to sleep." I say as I follow him through the empty streets. "No, I need to find her." He says as he looks at the rooftops. "Can't you search her in the morning?" I ask him. "Shayna, I know she's somewhere close. I just need to find her and talk to her." He answers without looking at me. "I should have spent the day with Kiana, then I would be sleeping right now." I say to him. "Yes, but then you would be sleeping somewhere else then where we slept yesterday. We both know that you need structure in your life." He answers annoyed. "Did she tell you where she is?" I ask him. "No, she didn't." He says as he looks at me. "And I didn't ask." He says before looking back to the rooftops.

"There she is!" He suddenly yells. "Where?" I ask as I look at the rooftops. "I don't see her, where is she?" I ask and keep looking. "Shane?" I ask after a while and look at the now empty place where Shane stood a minute ago. "Shane?" I ask a little louder as I walk a bit faster while I look around me. "Shane? Come on this isn't funny." I say as I look at the rooftops. "Shane! Where are you?" I ask louder.

I calm down and smile when I hear something behind me. "There you-" I start but stop when I get pushed against the wall. "What the-" I say as I try to get up, but stop when someone pushes me down again. It's a man and he's smiling evilly at me. This isn't good. I try to get him off me, but he's too strong. "I never had someone of your kind, this is exciting." The man say which makes me confused. My confusing soon changes in fear when he starts to remove some of his clothes. I concentrate to use my power, but I can't use them. He rips my t-shirt off which makes me scream. "Shane!" He quickly covers my mouth with his hand. "Be quiet!" He whispers. I keep trying to get loose, but it's no use, he's too strong.

-Lyla's POV-

I walk in the forest and look around. This planet is so beautiful, I can't believe it. "Good evening." I hear behind me. "Aren't you supposed to be home?" I ask him as I turn around to look at him. "Yeah, I should. But it's boring there." "So, you came to the forest?" I ask him as I walk closer to him. "Yep, I like it here. It's so peaceful." "Yes, it is." I say to him as I look around once more.

"Follow me." He says as he walks away. "Where to?" I ask him as I follow him. "You'll see when we'll get there." He says to me with a smile. "Is it far from here?" I ask him. "No, we're almost there." He says as he pushes a branch out of the way.

"This is it." He says after a while and stops walking. I stop walking too and look around. "And what is so special here that I needed to see it?" I ask him. "This where your mother and her siblings lived when they were here." He answers me. "It is?" I ask as I look around once more. "Yeah, now it isn't the same as when they were here, but this is the place." "How do you know that? You weren't even born." "My father told me." "Your father sure seemed to be interested in them." "Yeah he was, he still is." He says to me.

He suddenly sits down on the grass. "What are you doing?" I ask him confused. "Come, sit next to me." He says while he pats the ground next to him. "Why?" I ask him. "Just do it." I sigh deeply and sit down next to him. "Good, now lie down." He says as he lies down. I look at him for a moment, but lie down afterwards. "Now, close your eyes." "No." I immediately say to him. "Please, Lyla." "No." "Please. I promise, it's worth it." He says as he looks me in the eyes. "Trust me." He says calmly while still looking in my eyes. I look in his for a moment and close my eyes after it. "Good." He says and I feel his hand on my face. "What are you doing?" "I told you to trust me, didn't I?" He answers. I feel him turn my head, so I'm looking forward. "Okay, open your eyes." He says calmly.

I open them and see the beautiful night sky. "Wow." I say while looking at the stars. "I'm glad you find it just as amazing as me." He says to me. "Who wouldn't find this amazing?" "Many people. They always look right in front of them, but never above them." "Everyone does that. You always look around you, but never above you. An enemy never comes from above, they don't fly." "And again you're thinking about enemies. Do you ever think of something else?" He says as he looks at me. I don't answer him and keep looking at the sky.

We stay quiet for a moment until he talks again. "Lyla." "What?" I ask him, but keep looking at the sky. "The walls that you have around you will keep out the bad things, but they will also keep out the good ones." He says to me. "I hope that one day you'll let those walls down. Because only then you'll be able to be truly happy." He continues. "And when that day comes, I hope that I'll be there with you and that I can support you. Be the friend, the shoulder and the listening ear you need." He says to me. "That's very sweet of you, but I don't understand it." I say as I look at him. "What?" He asks me. "Why do you care so much about me? Why do you want to be here with me? Why do you want me to trust you so badly?" "To be honest, I don't know. I just want too." "You just want too?" "Yes, maybe you're not the only one who's lonely." "I'm not lonely." I reply and look back at the sky. "Being lonely isn't bad, it makes you human." He says to me as he looks back at the sky.
