Sydney pulls up into Jace's driveway and sits in her car for a little bit to build up the nerve to actually walk in. She takes a deep breath grabs her keys and phone and gets out of her car and goes up to the door and Jace opens the door as soon as she is about to knock.
"You know you can just walk in Syd" Jace tells her
"Shut up" Syd says and walks in the house
She says hi to Jace's parents and they go up to Jace's room. They sit on the bed against the headboard. Sydney and twiddling her thumbs. Jace looks over a her and sees she's nervous so her grabs her hand and intertwines their fingers
"What's up Syd tell me" he says
"I need to do something before" she says and faces him
"Okay"
Sydney takes a deep breath and grabs Jace's face with her hands and presses her lips onto his. Jace puts his hands on her waist and pulls her over his lap. Their lips move in sync. They pull away and rest their foreheads against each other's.
"I like you Jace. Like, like like you" Sydney says
"I like like you too Syd" he says and places his lips back on hers.
