"I love you Jc, not a day went by that I didn't think about you. I wished that from the beginning I could have told you everything, I couldn't honestly. I wanted to come back immediately, I wasn't allowed. I was in complete hiding until the trial was over.." he cut me off.
"It doesn't matter, all that matters is that you're here now," we laid back in the grass looking up at the sky. "I love you Skylar." Jc planted a kiss on top of my head, I felt safe in his arms and wanted nothing more than spend my nights like this every night. I looked up at the stars and felt my lips form into a smile, my family was looking down on me in this time of justice. I hoped that I had made them proud and I had hoped that they would be nothing but happy for me, knowing that I would get to live the life I wanted freely. Maybe it was fate or destiny but something drew Jc and I together and I knew that from now on I would never be lonely. I could fly free and be happy, without having to worry about confidential information. I was Skylar Grace Carson, and I was finally living out my second chance.
