A nice long A Report. Enjoy!

**| A Report |**

Owen looked at everyone in the conference room he had set up at his house. It was large enough to fit everyone in comfortably and since Victor's parents were home, they decided meeting here would be safer.

Even though he kept looking at everyone, noting how tired Sean looked, the irritation in Victor's expression, and how North kept glowering about something, he couldn't not look at Sang for very long. She kept drawing his attention.

He straightened in his seat and that little movement drew everyone's attention.

"We should get this meeting going," he said. "The Toma team will be here shortly, I wanted to check in with everyone first."

"Sean?" Sean asked, looking at his friend.

Sean blinked open his sleepy eyes, noting the attention on him. He sighed and rubbed at his face briefly and shifted, noting the ache in his leg. "Still healing, my leg is healing well, just an ache now. The stitches came out earlier today. I just have to not get myself stabbed again and I'll be fine."

Sean mentally swore at himself when he noticed the guilt in Sang's expression. "And stop looking like that, Pookie. I'm fine. Owen is fine. You're fine. We are fine."

Just to reassure himself, he looked Owen over, noting the fading bruises on his face. He knew Owen had pushed the memories. Hell, Sang had done the same thing. And Kota texted Sean and Owen earlier, letting them know of her anxiety about being in this house. I didn't let them know Owen had the same issue. The first couple of nights out of the hospital, he had stayed at Sean's place before they both stayed here together to work through some of their emotions.

Sang needed to do that too. Everyone worked hard to redo the security here, to make it a safe place. The only threat to the location was Ghost, but so far there hadn't really been signs of him around.

Sean sighed and glanced at Nathan, letting him know it was his turn.

He shrugged, not knowing what to say. He glanced at Sang, taking in her pallid skin. She didn't want to be in this house and Nathan wanted to take her out of it. He didn't want her uncomfortable. But they had a reason to meeting here. And the Academy was around, looking out for her. She was safe.

"My father called today just to make sure I was still breathing. I'm not really sure why he called. But from the sounds of it, he has more jobs coming that will keep him away longer." There was no way to hide the relief Nathan felt at that tidbit of knowledge. The days his father did come home were hell.

Nathan looked over at Silas, passing on the baton, so to speak.

"Dad's plumping business is doing good and Theo decided to take online classes so he's been keeping himself out of trouble with that. I think it's something like criminology."

Silas looked next to him at Gabriel and nodded. He really didn't have much to report.

Gabriel looked around the room and then shrugged. "Not much. Pam is steadily working and isn't currently seeing anyone, thank fuck."

"Keep us posted," Owen spoke up.

"Of course," Gabriel said before nudging Kota.

Kota glared at Gabriel before looking at everyone. "There's a new manager who fired a couple nurses and now my mom is overworking herself again. She comes in late at night only to leave again early morning. I managed to look at her schedule. It's packed and she's getting too much overtime. She's going to get herself sick at this point."
