**| Sang's POV |**

I woke up alone.

By myself.

I'm cutting all ties.

You weren't supposed to happen.

I took care of you long enough. I just can't do it anymore.

Panic swallowed me whole at the memory and I thrashed, trying to sit up in the bed I was in. I crashed to the ground, letting out a whimper as my lower back connected with the floor first. Pain stabbed my wounded shoulder and I gripped it, trying to breath through it.

Feet pounded on the floor as I looked around, trying to work through the panic and pain. The hand I was using to prop me up curled into the carpet, my fingers digging in.

Posters were up on the walls of professional boxers, MMA fighters, matches between people. The room smelled heavily of Cyprus and leather. My eyes fell on the school uniform the boys had to wear hanging up on a hook against the wall.

Slowly dots connected in my head.

The door flew open and Nathan stood in it with Sean looking over his shoulder. He spotted me on the floor, his eyes widening.

"Peanut!"

"Pookie!"

They both yelled as they came further into the room and knelt at my side.

"Are you okay?" Nathan asked, grabbing my arms, helping me sit up.

I shook under his touch.

"Pookie? Are you hurt?"

"Wh-where is everyone?" I croaked.

I'm cutting all ties.

I closed my eyes but that only brought up the image of Dad's back as he walked away.

I just can't do it anymore.

"Sh, Sang, we are all here," Sean said.

I blinked up at him, hearing his words.

"Every single one of us are here," Sean said, his eyes intent on mine, showing me the truth in them. "They are just down the hall. We decided to let you sleep a little bit before we woke you up for dinner."

I nodded.

"Are you ready to go see them?"

I nodded again.

Nathan scooped me up and held me close as he walked out of his room and to the living room. I leaned into him, loving the feel of his broad chest underneath his t-shirt. Nathan had a lot of muscles from all the martial arts he did. His body was trained and honed to fight and right now, it reassured me.

"Are you okay?" Kota asked as Nathan settled us on the couch, me still in his lap.

"Hey, what the fuck is wrong with her? What did you do?" Gabriel asked.

I giggled as I looked around, spotting all nine of my boys.

Mr. Blackbourne was sitting at a small table by the window, staring at a chest set and I had a feeling he was playing with Sean before I woke up. North and Silas were playing a video game with Luke and Gabriel watching.

Sean was sitting next to me with Kota on the other side. Victor was on the floor by the couch, on his laptop, typing away with his eyes set in determination.
