Hello precious readers! I really wanted to make a chapter like this because there are so many ideas I have that I won't be able to mention due to pacing in my story. So this is an extra chapter that will explain all those little side topics that I come up with! Enjoy!
[This chapter will be uploaded pretty often so check regularly for any new headcanons in bold!]
Basketball Headcanons
- During practice, Ron let's the boys listen to music over the gym speakers. Zach is in charge of the playlist and he puts all kinds of different music on it. The team always sings along and dances to the songs during their breaks. Whenever the song "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" comes on, the entire team goes crazy and starts singing it in unison.- Since Kai can speak Japanese, he sometimes calls out "ちわーす" (Chiwasu), which is a more informal way of saying "Hello", when he enters the gym. Everyone is so used to it that they'll say it back. Also, instead of saying "Yes sir" to Ron he says "Osu." Sometimes other members of the team catch on and say it with him.
- Emerson and Daniel always go all out when dancing to the music being played at practice. If a song they like comes on they will immediately start dancing to it. Sometimes if they get too into it, Ron will yell at them to stop dancing and keep practicing.
- All of the boys on the team study together. It'll be common to find groups of the members sitting together in the library completing their homework. They help each other with tips and assistance on the subjects they are strongest at, creating a reliable study method for all of them. It also brings the team closer together because they spend extra hours around each other after practice.
- Since Sam is a girl, she's physically not as strong as the boys in the weight room. And none of the boys know she's a girl, so they always tease her (not in a mean way, just to piss her off a little bit) about how she can't lift that much. She knows they are kidding, but it makes her work extra hard. After all her hard work, she can now do just as many free weight pull ups on the bars as the boys.
Character Headcanons
- Oliver wears glasses when he does homework because he is farsighted.- Jack loves to read and reads himself to sleep. He usually finishes a book per week.
- Wil is vice president of the Cooking Club and he always bakes treats and brings them to basketball practice for the team to taste test.
- Ricky gets embarrassed REALLY easily when it comes to romance.
- Since Aaron and Derek have 00 period, they usually hang out together after class and that has brought them to become best friends.
- It's mentioned in the Class Schedule section that Matthew is fluent in sign language. This is because his sister is deaf and he grew up learning the language.
- Also, Matthew is very artistic. He sketches things almost identical to how they appear. He's often asked by many clubs to draw posters for them since he's actually well known for his art at school. The clubs always pay him for the drawings, so it's a nice little side job he really enjoys doing.
- The trio ordered a pull up bar for their room, and they keep it lodged at the top of their side closet. They believe it was the best purchase they could have bought because they all use it daily.
