Sam and Oliver returned to school just in time for dinner.

The second they walked into the cafeteria, a flock of people surrounded Sam, asking if she was okay.

She was shocked by the sudden ambush, but smiled and told everyone that she was fine by flaunting her fresh black cast.

Once she broke away from the crowd, she sat down where Opal, Ricky, and Honey were waiting.

"What do you want for dinner? I'll go get it for you," said Oliver.

"Can I have spaghetti and meatballs with a side of broccoli? Thank you so much, Oliver."

"No problem! Be right back."

He got up and then returned a minute later with their food. The group talked about how the other events went while they ate. Right before they finished eating, people started approaching Sam with metallic markers, asking if they could sign her cast. She happily agreed and chatted with them until everyone had the chance to write something. Opal, Ricky, and Honey also got the chance to squeeze some words of reassurance on the cast as well.

A few minutes later, Oliver helped Sam stand up so they could head back to their dorm. The group quickly planned a time to meet for breakfast the next day and then said bye for the night.

Oliver and Sam made their way to the dorms and finally got inside their room. Jack was working on Student Council paperwork at his desk and glanced over his shoulder when he heard them enter.

"Hey guys," said Jack, pausing for a moment before whipping his head back to them exclaiming, "Wait! Sam, what happened?!"

"Oops, sorry Jack. I totally forgot to text you about what happened," said Oliver, scratching his head apologetically.

"I, uh, kinda fractured my foot today during the track events," replied Sam.

"What! How?"

"I ran on it weird and it ended up becoming something known as a Jones fracture."

"Oh, I've heard of that. Wow, that sucks. I'm sorry."

"It's okay. I deserve it."

"Sam!" snapped Oliver.

"I'm sorry! But this is definitely karma coming after me."

"You didn't do anything wrong though. Stop torturing yourself like that."

"Okay... Sorry."

"Wow, alright. I missed a lot today while I was being held captive by Amanda," said Jack.

"I was just, super selfish and made everyone worry about me. I feel awful."

"Well Sam, the only thing you can do is move on from it and not do it again."

"Exactly what I said," added Oliver.

"I know. You guys are right. I'll get over it soon. It's just so fresh right now."

"After a good nights sleep you will feel a lot better," said Jack.

"Yeah you're right," smiled Sam, "But first, I need to wash off my body. I feel nasty after being in the hospital that long."

"I'll go start a bath for you," offered Jack.

"Thank you."

She began grabbing her towel and clothes for her bath.

"Hey, Sam. Leave the door unlocked," said Oliver.

"Why? Are you going to peep on me? You perv," she joked.
