Liam: For the first time in months, you walked into the house and heard laughter. “What is this I’m hearing?” You asked as you walked into the kitchen to see Liam watching a show and eating ice cream. “My Liam laughing at a show that you proclaimed dumb just two days ago.” You sat on his lap, his arms instantly wrapping around your waist. “I’m happy, Y/N. It was a great day and it’s sunny and I love you.” He planted a kiss on your lips, giggling again.
Harry: He was usually happy, but when you flew out to see him, he was more than happy. “Oh God, I’ve missed you!” His face buried in your hair and he inhaled your perfume, so happy to just have you in his arms again. Harry pulled back, a grin on his face, his large hand enveloping yours as he tugged you away.
Zayn: You saw him when he finally saw the boys after the long break. A huge grin filled the space that had previously been a frown. “Boys, I want you to meet, Y/N.” He dropped an arm over your shoulder, pulling you into his side and kissing your cheek. “How long til you ask this one to marry you?” Niall laughed, making Zayn laugh as well as he reached for your hand and held it up to show them all the glittering diamond ring.
Louis: His sisters were hanging onto his every limb while he was hanging onto their every word. It was his birthday party and Christmas combined, so they were presenting him with their gifts and entertaining him with stories of the moments he’d missed. One of the twins was shooting off a story about a school play that she was in and he was completely enraptured by the excitement in her eyes. A purely blissful grin appeared on his face and there was no other time that he was happier.
Niall: Niall was always happy, at least that’s what everyone thought and he usually was. But then there was the night when he was barely able to stand due to being so drunk and he stumbled home at 3am. You heard the front door slam and then the television turn on. When you walked out to find him on the sofa,laughing maniacally and stuffing his face with a bag of crisps. Spongebob Squarepants was playing on the screen and the look on Niall’s face was joy unlike any you’d ever seen before.
