Harry: You got a boyfriend and he’s a total loser.
"I got it," Harry says, handing over his credit card to the waitress when she comes with the check. "Harry!" you protest, secretly glad that he had offered to pay since you barely had any money on you. "Oh please, (Y/N)," he rolls his eyes, waving off your stare. "You know it’s not a big deal." "I don’t know when I’ll be able to pay you back though," you argue, not even wanting to think about the overtime you’ll need to put in to get the extra money. "You don’t have to," Harry replies. "I know that it’s been hard since Brian got fired…" He had to stop himself from adding on "again" to his sentence.
Liam: He barely takes you out; if he does, he’s late.
You had agreed to let Liam stay over until your boyfriend came to pick you up for dinner that night, helping you get ready and just being there for support. “We haven’t gone out in such a long time,” you laugh, feeling butterflies beginning to flutter around in your stomach. “I actually feel a bit nervous.” Liam hummed in agreement as he bit into an apple, watching you in the mirror as you began to apply makeup. “I just hope he’s not late again,” Liam mumbles, catching your eye in the mirror and giving you a pointed look. “That was onetime, Liam!” you argue. “It was four times actually. And he was more than an hour later for all four.”
Louis: You should leave him ‘cause it really makes me sick.
"Why don’t you just break up with him?" Louis asks during a moment of silence. You had been ranting to him about your boyfriend after the two of you got into another fight, resulting in you driving to Louis’s apartment. You look up at him with confusion, not sure if you had heard him correctly since you had been more focused on the TV. "Well it doesn’t seem like he treats you right and you constantly fight so why not just end it?" "I can’t just leave-" "Why not?" "I just can’t, okay?” you exclaim. “Because after every fight, we always come back to each other. We used to be so good together, and I don’t know what happened, but I’m going to make us better again.” “You can’t repeat the past, (Y/N).”
Niall: When you change your mind, I’ll be waiting.
"He’s such a dick, I don’t know why she puts up with him," Niall rants to his band mates one night after you had called him up crying. "Here we go again," Louis mutters to Zayn as they all lean back to let Niall have his moment. "I should book a flight just to go and punch him in the face," the blond continues, pacing back in forth in the small back room of the tour bus. "I’m so tired of having to hear about all of the shit he pulls, why doesn’t she just drop him?" "Didn’t she tell you that she was in love with him last week?" Harry asks, the others glaring at him when he contributed. "That’s my point!" Niall exclaims. "She can’t actually love the guy! And when she changes her mind, I’ll be right here waiting."
Zayn: He says he loves you, but it’s all an act.
"Love you, babe," your boyfriend calls out as he makes his way out of the flat. "Love you too," you respond, Zayn using all of his strength to restrain himself from rolling his eyes right in front of you. "What’s the look for?" you ask, gesturing towards his look of annoyance. "What look?" he asks, making himself look innocent as he avoids your gaze. "I don’t have a look." "You looked annoyed for a second there," you shrug, waiting for him to explain. Zayn lets out a deep sigh, wondering how you could be so oblivious. "You know that it’s all an act, right?" "What’s all an act?" "When he says that he loves you; your whole relationship pretty much. (Y/N), he’s cheating on you."
