Baby again

I carried Everley piggy back style as we exited the airport. I said hi to a few fans but I couldn't take any pictures because I was in a major rush. As we neared the apartment I saw Lox's car. We pulled up and Lox got out of her car to pick up my sleeping girl. We had had a really long night on the plane so it wasn't a surprise she was sleeping.
"Alright I should be back in like an hour. Baby boy in hand or not!"
"Good luck Shawn!"

I pulled open the doors and walked to the familiar front desk.
"Hi I'm Shawn Mendes, I have a meeting today for Nolan Benjamin."
"Of course, right on time I'll get Mrs.Francisco!" I stood for a few minutes before I was called back into the narrow hallway. The front desk lady opened up the door and urged me inside. Sitting in a car seat was a little boy. He seemed super small to be a 9 month year old, and no doubt he was related to Eve. A minute after examining Nolan the door screeched open to reveal who I'm guessing is Mrs.Francisco. She helped a huge stack of papers that I knew I was going to have to sign.
"Good morning Mr.Mendes!"
"Morning!"
"So let's start off this is Nolan and he is Everley's biological brother. Unfortunately they got separated in the system but after going through paperwork we found out they were related. Anyways since you adopted Everley not that long ago we don't have to go through the whole process again. You are welcome to take Mr.Nolan here home with you as soon as you are prepared and signed the paperwork!" She took a big breath before continuing, "Are you still interested?"
"Of course!"
"Great I'll let you sign some paperwork and then we work out a plan for you to take him home!"
"Sounds good!" She passed over the paperwork and left the room. After she left I pulled out my phone and texted Laila.
"We have another baby coming home today! I need baby stuff stat!"
"Wtf Shawn!?"
"I'll explain later please just get stuff for a nine month old baby boy, I'll pay you everything back later!"
"Ok..."
"Mahogany is at the house watching Everley so you can just drop everything off and I can set it up later!"
"But you don't have another room??"
"He will sleep in mine for now... might have to move soon! I'll see you later!"
"Bye Shawn... I swear you are crazy 😜"
With that I put my phone away and started on paperwork!
