"Shawn I would love to!" I exhaled a deep breath in relief at her answer. "I mean it'd be easy to travel with my job and I love the kiddos!"
"You have no idea how relieving it is to hear you say that."
"When is everything?" I rocked Nolan in my arms as I explained to her all the details. The tour wasn't for another few months for there was a lot to prepare yet.
"This is going to be so exciting!!!" Laila explained.
"I know it'll be super fun to hang out and we will have a few off days in some of the cities so we can hang out and take the kids around."
"Like a little family-" Laila laughed very hard at her remark.
"Ha- ya... like a little family..." She beamed at me like what she said hadn't made my heart beat a little faster than normal. We looked into each others eyes trying to find what to say when Everley decided to chirp in that she was 'all done' wither grilled cheese. It was in fact not all gone but she did have quite a few fries smothered in ranch for an appetizer. I should really look into what I'm feeding her more... being a dad is hard.
"So mr. I've toured all over the world 4 times, what kinda stuff should I bring?"
Laila and I talked and talked while Everley watched something on my phone. We didn't leave until I noticed Everley starting to nod off and Nolan started getting restless napping in his car seat.
With that we left the restaurant with a hug and a kiss on my cheek from Laila, and a promising future of music, family, and fun.

Woah- I updated. Didn't know I could do that. Anyways it's short but I'm lazy and unmotivated. So enjoy muah ❤️. Also I'm on a ft with my gf who doesn't know I'm in this fandom and is threatening to find this embarrassing story so that's chill.
