Chapter 19 : You and Me

A few months later...

Sarah and Gerald Walked hand in as they walk towards a place. They looked at each other and smiled brightly. Everything is perfect. Their relationship is stronger and they are much inlove as ever.

What day is it? And in what month?

This clock never seemed so alive

I can't keep up and I can't back down

I've been losing so much time

They entered the sanctuary of the Lord, Almighty. They both kneeled down and silently prayed to Him. They've been doing this for almost everyday. Gerald always convinced her that He is responsible for making all of this possible and they should always put Him in the center of their relationship. Sarah believed Gerald and she was glad to put God in the middle of their relationship. This maybe is the biggest reason why their relationship is stronger than ever.

Sarah's Prayer: (voice over)

Almighty Father,

Thank you for giving me this man before me. Thank you for giving me someone who I can love with all my heart and at the same time love me as well with all his heart. Thank you for helping us make it through every challenge that you put us into to make us better people. Please continue on helping us and protecting us from the more storms to come in our life. Thank you Lord!

One of the things that I want to say just aren't coming out right

Gerald's Prayer (voice over)

Papa God, Bro, Kuya,

Thank you for giving me this woman before me. Thank you for giving me my heart back. I owe it to you that I am this happy and in love once again. Thank you for teaching me the lesson that love is the most important thing in the world. Thank you. Please continue to guide us to the right path and Papa God, please give me enough courage to do what I am about to do next.

Gerald looked at the woman beside her. She looked back at him and smiled.

"You are the most beautiful girl in the world." he smiled

"ECHOS!" she laughed.

"No I'm serious." He said and took one of her hands and kissed it. "I love you."

Sarah smiled. "I love you too."

They stood up and walked hand in hand into the exit. Sarah and Gerald genuflected in front of the altar. After Sarah stood up, Gerald pulled her towards him and made her look at him, who is still kneeling on one knee.

There's something about you now

I can't quite figure out

Everything she does is beautiful

Everything she does is right

"With God as witness, I want to profess my love for you. I love you Sarah Asher Tua Geronimo. I love you very much and I wouldn't want to let go of this feeling anymore. I love you so much that I want to see you every morning when I wake up. I want to show you each day how much I love you. I know things wouldn't be smooth, but I wanted to be there for you whenever you fall down and be there to help you stand up. I love you and will you make me the happiest man on earth by being my wife?" Gerald grabbed the box from his pocket and showed a simple but elegant princess cut diamond ring.

Sarah is in the verge of tears when she saw him kneeling down in one knee. She completely lost it when he finished the first sentence. After his long speech, she kneeled with him and hugged him tight. 

"Is that a yes?" Gerald asked, still nervous since she hasn't answered yet.

Sarah snapped back to reality and looked at him. "Of course babe. I would love to be your wife." She smiled.

Now it was Gerald's turn to hug her tight. "Thank you Lord!"

They shared an intimate sensual kiss afterwards.

Somewhere in Heaven...

All the angels rejoiced as they celebrate LOVE. While Billy, Toni, and Zaijan smiled widely at the viewing room as they watch another chapter of an almost perfect love story comes into an end. 

"Great job guardians. Great Job." They heard Kuya comment.

The three hugged each other before joining the others rejoice and celebrate LOVE.

Everything is indead possible when in comes to LOVE.
