L E I G H
7:34am was the time that was displayed on my phone. My bags were all sitting on the end of my bed, ready to go when Jade, Jesy and Perrie get here in five minutes.
Last night, I barely slept a wink, not like that's new news. Most nights were filled with horrible thoughts and feeling no emotion. Hopefully I can sneak in a few hours of sleep on the road trip.
I was really excited to have a weekend away with Jade. It gave me something to look forward too and something positive to write in my stupid diary my therapist had given me. I hate her so much, my mum was paying for someone to tell me what to do and how to feel. The whole concept it stupid.
Beep Beep, a car honked from outside. I smiled as I picked up my bags and swung them around my back. Everyone in the house was still asleep so I quietly crept through the house and out the door. Jesys' red car was waiting at the curb, the trunk popped open. I piled all my stuff in the trunk and hoped into the car.
"Hey Leigh," Jesy said as I slid next to Jade.
"Hey!" I beam, buckling my seat belt.
"Hey," Jade says, her familiar warm smile plastered on her face.
I leant in pecked her lips lightly. Jesy turned up the radio and Perrie passed back a bag of chips. Jesy then started the car back up and started to whizz down my street.
I felt my heavy eyes begin to open and close slowly. I really needed sleep. I let out a loud yawn and rest my head on Jades' shoulder. I closed my eyes and fell into a deep slumber.

My dark eyes shoot open to find my head lying in Jade's lap. Her fingers were entangled in my hair. I let out a small yawn to signal that I was awake. My head rose slowly and she smiled at me."Morning, sleepyhead," she said in the most cute accent ever, it gave me butterflies.
"How long was I asleep?" I asked, rubbing my eyes.
"About two hours," Perrie said from the front, biting into a twizzler.
"Best sleep in awhile," I say, stretching my arms out and getting into a comfortable seating position.
"Good," Jade says, patting my thigh.
"We're about half an hour away girls," Jesy tells the group.
"Yay!" Perrie claps her hands and pops another twizzler in her mouth.
I rest my head on the car window and watch the scenery whizz past us. It was always relaxing for me to look out the window while in a car. Just the look of all the greenery mixing together was always so beautiful. I felt a soft touch against my thigh again. I looked over to see Jade's hand resting on it. My own hand found its way on top of hers and i gave her hand a squeeze.
Jade handed me a bag of chips. I hadn't eaten in two days. I picked up the bag and popped it open, putting a salt and vinegar chip into my mouth. It felt nice to finally eat something.
We soon arrived at the motel we were staying at. Jesy hopped out of the car to check us in at reception. The three of us girls hauled everything out of the car and onto the ground. Soon Jesy returned with keys in her hands.
"Okay, so let's give each other half an hour to unpack and get comfortable then let's meet back here and head on down to the beach," Jesy explained, handing Jade the keys.
"Sounds like a plan," Jade says, picking up her luggage from the ground.
I pick up my own luggage and we went to go find out room. The key said '08' so I guess that was our room number. Jade and I both lugged our bags around until we found our room.
As soon as I got the door open, Jade hurried inside and dropped all the bags to the ground. I flopped down on the double bed and Jade did the same.
"You're beautiful, you know that Leigh-Anne," Jade said, grabbing my hand.
"You're even more beautiful, Jade," I say, rolling onto my side to face her masterpiece of a face.
"I could get lost in your eyes," Jade said, staring intently into my eyes.
I kissed her nose lightly, then moved to her full and plump lips. Then to her chin, then to her neck.
"Leigh, no naughty time. Not right now," Jade winks and hops off the bed.
I watch her take off her shirt to reveal her bathing suit, showing off her gorgeous body and beautiful tanned skin. I wanted to pull her down onto the bed and get lost in between the sheets but I know I had to resist.
After a few moments of watching Jade, I jumped up and took off my own clothes to reveal my black bathing suit. Meanwhile, Jade had grabbed a beach bag with towels and food in it.
"Ready to go, baba?" Jade questions walking towards me.
"Yup," I say, popping the p.
Jade reached her hand out and our fingers intertwined. We then headed out of the room and back out near the reception. The motel was small but it still looked nice, it had its own pool and each room was a different pastel colour.
Jesy and Perrie were already waiting for us. We met up and talked about what today will hold. The plan was to spend the day at the beach, come back and shower then head off to dinner, come back and just hang around in the rooms. Once we were all satisfied with the day we all headed off to the beach. Luckily, it was just across the road from the motel.
The four of us reached the beach and we happily found and spot to set down our towels and food. I plopped down onto my towel, only to land on something sharp, making me screech.
"What? What is it?" Jade asked concerned, quickly bopping down to my side.
"I just sat down on something, thank you," I say, cracking a small smile.
Jade nodded and kissed my forehead. She stood back up to join Perrie in setting out the food. I reached under the towel and picked up a heart-shaped rock.
"You should make that into a necklace and give it to Jade," Jesy says, who I hadn't realized was sitting next to me.
"Will she like it?" I say, examining the white rock.
"She loves homemade things," Jesy replies, sliding sunglasses over her eyes.
"Okay, I will," I smile, putting the rock carefully into the beach bag.
"Leigh, ready to go in the water?" Asks Jade, her hands over her eyes, shielding the sun.
"Yes! Let's go!" I exclaim, running excitedly down the soft sand and into the beautiful and fresh ocean.
I dove into the cold and refreshing water. It felt so amazing to be swimming in the ocean again. I haven't sawn since I was twelve. I felt a tight grip wrap around my waist. I turned around to find Jade, with a big grin on her face.
"You look happy," Jade says, I watched as her eyes flicked down onto my lips.
"I am happy," I smile and kiss Jade's warm and soft lips, passionately.
