"11:52," Ethan muttered as he checked the time on his phone.

Ethan and I have been waiting in the school parking lot in Ethan's Jeep for the past 30 minutes. The both of us are extremely eager to do this whole thing again.

"We shouldn't be doing this," Ethan whispered as he rubbed his eyes.

I sighed, "I know."

"She's going to hate us," Ethan informed.

I gulped, "I know. She just c-can't find out. She didn't find out like last time."

"She won't find out," Ethan said.

Another car entered the gate in the empty parking lot. The car pulled in right next to us. It was Damien, but he thinks we're Beth.

Damien got out of his car with a bright smile on his face and he leaned his body against the front hood of his car, waiting for 'Beth' to get out of her car.

Ethan and I looked over at each other and then exited the car.

"What's this late night play date about, Be-"

Damien stopped talking once he saw Ethan and I come into the light. I could see his eyes widened as the lump in the throat lowered when he gulped.

Damien laughed, but it was obviously fake, "Ethan... Grayson... What are you doing here?"

Ethan and I rested our bodies in front of the front hood of Ethan's car, right in front of Damien.

"W-Where's... Beth?" Damien nervously stuttered.

I glared at him with complete rage. Damien, the person who took the love of my life away from me. The person who took my chance away from me. The person who ended my dreams for me. The person who fucked it all up from the start.

"Beth couldn't come," I lied. She doesn't even know we're doing this.

Damien scratched the back of his head, "Oh... well why are you guys here?"

Ethan replied fast, "To talk."

Damien's eyes widened even more, "Look, I-I get it. You guys are both into Beth, a-and you're intimidated by me because she's int-"

I interrupted, "Don't fucking flatter yourself, kid. We're not intimated by you. Ugh, forget about you, we're not here for you. We're here to instruct you to do something."

Damien's eyes shot to the ground as he looked tense, "What do you guys want?"

Ethan and I looked at each other and walked towards Damien. My shoulders were wide as I stared into Damien's scared eyes. I was right in Damien's vecinity. Almost too close to his face.

"You're going to end it off with Beth," Ethan and I demanded in sync.

Damien stuttered, "E-excuse me?"

"Did we stutter?" Ethan rudely asked.

"I don't understand," Damien's voice cracked.

"Open up your phone and give it to us," I slightly raised my voice.

"Hell no!" Damien scoffed. He looked at me then at Ethan and shook his head, "Get out of my way, I'm leaving."

Damien stopped resting on the front hood of his car and stood up to his full identical height as me.

"May I?" Damien asked Ethan and I to back away from him.

"You can leave once you do as you're told," Ethan glared at him.

"I'm not doing shit for you! Move!" Damien shouted.

Damien pushed Ethan and I aside and clashed shoulders with mine, escaping our trap. He opened up his car door and Ethan stomped over there, and slammed the door shut before he got in. Aggressively, I sternly took hold of Damien's wrist to prevent him from moving.

"Let go of me, Grayson," Damien muttered.

"We're not here to hurt you. Just listen to us, and you can leave," I explained to him.

Damien no longer felt tense and finally gave in, "The fuck do you want?"

My eyes shot down as I saw his phone light up in his front pocket, I looked back up to him and a smirk formed on my face.

Damien rolled his eyes and took his phone out of his pocket. Before he unlocked the phone, he looked at Ethan and I in confusion. I could tell he put his password in extremely slowly on purpose, to stall. He hesitated, but gave me his phone.

I searched the home screen until I saw the 'message' app and opened it up. I went to his most recent message which was with Beth. I began to type in a message that would hurt Beth, but sadly benefit Ethan and I.

'From here on out, I'm breaking contact with you. Please don't engage conversation with me, for the fact that I don't want to conversate. I made up my mind and realized that you're not what I want. Sorry, but I'm done. Done with you. You should find someone else, as I have done the same.'

Send. A feeling of regret filled inside me as I finished the job.

I locked Damien's phone and walked up to him. I stuck the phone in his chest as he let out a small groan.

"Tell anyone and you're dead," Ethan threatened.

Damien unlocked his phone and read what I regret doing.

"Wha- No! Why?!" Damien shouted.

"If you don't go along with it, you'll regret it," Ethan said.

I chimed in, "You can't talk to Beth anymore."

Damien's lips parted as I could see and feel the pain in his eyes. I almost feel bad for him. But, it's too late now.

"You never talked to us tonight," I muttered.

Ethan and I slyly walked back to the  car and got in, without breaking eye contact with Damien. We left Damien alone in the empty parking lot in the middle of the night with him knowing if he were to speak to Beth again, his life would be ruined.
