"Did you find anything?" Glenn questioned as he popped up with a shopping basket.
"They actually have some children's vitamins. I need help finding Acetaminophen." Maggie shows Glenn the bottle before gesturing to the large isle of pills behind her.
"Where's Sasha?" Glenn questioned.
"Sasha's finding some clothes. Tyreese is looking for some new bandages for his shoulder and a thermometer. Bob is searching for a new backpack and some things to keep Andrew entertained." Maggie explains.
"Alright. So.... Acetaminophen..." Glenn goes down the isle to find the medication.
"I need you to watch over Andrew for a little bit." Rick tells Carl, sighing. "We think that Terminus is holed up at a local elementary school."
Carl frowns, looking at Judith before turning to look at the door that connected to the room where Andrew was resting.
"I don't know..." Carl says unsure. "I would have to watch Judith too and keep an eye on the man, Gabriel."
"I know you can." Rick gives Carl's shoulder a squeeze before loading up with guns and leaving with the others.
Andrew grew worse shortly after Rick left with the others.
Carl was panicking when Andrew's vomit showed red streaks in it.
"He will be okay." Gabriel assured Carl, dampening the piece of cloth for Andrew again.
"Knock knock!" A male's voice playfully called out from the other side of the church door.
Carl's eyes widen as he looks towards Gabriel.
"Can you pick Andrew up?" Carl's voice was quiet but frantic.
Gabriel scoops Andrew into his arms while Carl picks Judith up and they move into Gabriel's office.
"Ma?" Andrew's voice was raspy as his glossy eyes looked around in confusion.
"Shhhh." Carl shushes Andrew as he places Judith in a basket.
"I know you're in there!" Gareth calls out and from inside the church now.
Andrew lets out a wet cough and Carl's hand darts towards his mouth, covering it.
"We know it. Come out Gabriel. We'll even let you leave with the baby?" Gareth coos mockingly from outside.
Carl's eyes dart towards Gabriel, wide and pleading.
Andrew's breathing was labored, breaking the sounds of silence.
"Don't make us come in there!" Gareth called out.
Gabriel moved to lay Andrew down and Carl can now see his face.
Andrew's face was pale, beads of sweat on his skin, his lips were tinted blue and his eyes glassy.
"We need Maggie and the others to come back." Carl whispered as he shoved some ammo into his gun.
