I've decided to go ahead and skip to the end of Season Six. I have a plot planned out for here.
So, enjoy the thrilling conclusion of season six.
~C.
Something was wrong.
I could tell because everyone seemed to be tiptoeing around me. They were always out, I rarely saw Glenn anymore.
Maggie was always busy too. Carl didn't really want to talk to me.
Maggie did cut my hair. I ended up with about a foot of discarded hair in the end. It was short, out of my face and easy to manage.
It's only been two weeks since Maggie and I exchanged 'I love you's in the hospital room, the first time I've expressed my love for a mother figure.
Things have been hectic. People have died. More secrets have been kept and NO ONE WILL TELL ME WHATS GOING ON!
Denise died.
Shortly after treating me in that hospital room, she got an arrow in the face while out on her first run.
I've been tasked with looking after Judith a lot. Either me or Olivia.
That reminds me, I haven't seen Carol in a little bit. Sometimes, she'd look after Judith.
Glenn and Michonne went on a run earlier with Eugene and Rosita. They haven't been back.
A scream pierces the air and I look down at the baby that I was tasked with watching.
I kneel, pulling her onto my back before I head out the door, jogging towards the house with the screaming.
"Ma!" I cry when I see her sprawled on the ground.
I place Judith on the ground, darting towards her. "What's wrong?"
I look up at Enid who shook her head before heading to get help.
Maggie had cut her hair too but it was now soaked with sweat, plastered to her forehead.
"What happened, Ma?" I beg, shoving my bandanna down so Maggie could see me.
"The baby." Maggie groans out.
"It'll be okay, Ma." I promise as Judith crawls next to me and grabs my shirt.
~~~
A small group of us enter an RV. I sit in the small bed next to Maggie, brushing the beads of sweat from her face with my sleeve.
Glenn wasn't here. I had to be Glenn for a little bit.
"It's gonna be alright, Ma." I assure her.
"I know, ducky." Maggie nods.
The RV lurches to a stop and I topple off of the bed, hitting the thin carpeted floor.
"What's wrong?" I question.
"Stay here with Maggie." Rick instructs, shoving a gun into my hands.
I was getting worried. What was happening?
Rick and the others disembark to deal with the issue.
"What's going on?" Maggie groans.
"I dunno, Ma." I whisper, shoving the bandanna up over my nose again.
