"Oliver?" I shrieked. We leapt away from each other as if one of us had a disease.

"What the Hell are you doing here? You're not of age!" he yelled over the music. I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, because you never went to a club when you were 19, almost 20 might I add." He scowled. Damn, he knew how to kill a mood.

"Well, you need to get out of here before I tell somebody you're here." I scoffed.

"How about you get out of here before I tell somebody that you were groping one of your students." I raised a confident brow.

"And where would you get proof of that?" he seemed slightly amused.

"I can be very convincing." I said, not meaning to sound sexual at all, but sounded far too sexual for my liking. Damn, hormones! He seemed to be about to say something witty when I felt a warm body come next to mine. I didn't flinch or check to see who it was, because I could smell his cologne.

Jake.

"Is there a problem here?" asked Jake, I smirked. Oh this boy...

"No problem. Just the fact that my underage student is here at a club, clearly tipsy." He said, meeting Jake's leveled gaze.

"And just the fact that my teacher is here sexy dancing with his underage, tipsy students." I quirked a brow. Both men visibly tensed.

"Did he-"He started, now pressed against me. I shook my head.

"No, he was fine. Let's all just let it go and forget we saw each other here. No need to ruin a perfectly good night, right?" Oliver nodded, keeping an eye on Jake.

"Don't be late for class, Ms. Monahan." He said before turning on a heel, letting the crowd swallow him whole.

"I don't like that guy. He's your teacher and he was groping you? No. That guy's a creep and you should report him." I turned quickly to face a very pissed off looking Jake.

"What? No, he didn't even recognize me. I am not reporting him." I said, daring him to disagree with my eyes.

"No. He recognized you but just didn't care because you're dressed like..." he gestured to my outfit and I raised a recently plucked brow. "That." He said, annoyance in his eyes.

"Would you let it go? Come on, loosen up." I said taking his hands in mine. I swayed to the beat, placing his hands on my hips. Finally, he found a distraction; me.

I tried not to let the fact that he found me that distracting go to my head, but I'm not exactly the humble type with those type of things. He pressed close to me and we danced for a long time, only taking breaks to look around and spot everybody in our group.

"You should go out there," I said nodding to the crowd. "Find somebody to take home tonight." I waggled my brows.

"Nah, I'm fine where I am." He said winding his fingers through my long hair.

"Your choice." I pointed out, getting distracted by the lazy circles his fingers were tracing on my hip and neck. I put my hands on his chest, moving them around his neck, but stopped when I felt his heart rate speed up and skip a beat when he felt my hands. I smiled.

"Woah, there, big guy. Maybe we should cool it off before..." I started to pull away but he buried his face in the crook of my neck and I gasped. "Before something like that happens." I said in a groan. I wasn't used to this side of Jake. I could handle flirting, but getting farther than that was new to me. I hadn't had a boyfriend since sophomore year in high school, and nothing this intense had ever happened to me.

My hands traveled up into his black locks and I put a hand under his chin, pulling his head up to its regular height. His eyes were heated and I readied myself to kiss him, but just as I moved in, I heard shouting. It wasn't something others would hear, but I knew that voice.

That was Elizabeth.

And she sounded scared.

Racing towards the sound of her terrified voice, I found myself in front of a 6"0 guy, trying to push himself on Ell. My bad temper raised and my blood boiled. Ell was a good fighter, but I was far better at hand to hand combat. And this guy was huge. I knew that I had lost Jake in the crowd and tried to calm myself to think straight.

"If you don't back up now, I will shove my heel so far up your ass, you'll taste club floor for weeks." I yelled, walking up to the man who was holding Ell's wrists.

"Oh really? And how're ya' going to do that?" he drawled. He was southern; probably a Texan.

"Like this." I was in front of him now and threw a punch at his face. It hurt me but hurt him more. Ell stumbled from his grasp and I pushed her behind me, telling her to get the others. She obliged and ran into the crowd. Scratch that, she stumbled and tripped through the mass of drunken club goers, barely keeping her footing. Douche Pants got back up and clutched his now swelling nose.

"You little whore," he said, coming after me again. Bad choice of words, man.

Just as he came in front of me, I dropped to the ground and slid, punching him in the nuts. I really need to thank my step dad for all those fighting lessons, I thought to myself, already mentally making the card I would send him. I pulled myself up to my feet and elbowed him in the back, then kicked him in the back of the knee. This was actually fun, but I knew I would hurt tomorrow. The piece-of-junk who called himself a man groaned and I kicked him in the balls just as the others came into the clearing I had made. I leaned down in front of the guy and yanked his face up to my eye level.

"If you ever fucking do anything like this again, I will come after you. And I will finish this before my friends can take me away, next time." And then I shoved him back down, while he groaned in pain. Then I stalked back to my friends who were calling a cab. Dragging them outside, I made sure that nobody was following us out. When we got out to where the cab was, I did a head count and climbed into the cab van.

"Elizabeth, I'm so sorry I wasn't there sooner. I came as soon as I could. Are you okay?" she was drunk and I was surprised that she didn't take care of herself. We all knew how to fight, thanks to Greg, my stepdad. But when the guy was that big and she was this weak it was hard. My friends had pulled me out of more of those situations than I could count and I was sad to say that I was worse at it than they were. Ell shook her head.

"He just grabbed me a lot. And you got there just in time, don't freak." I nodded and relaxed, leaning against the cab window. My eyes felt heavy and darkness pulled me under just as I felt the van stop in front of our loft.

As you can gather he taught Brent how to fight and she taught her friends.
