-Daniel-
We had gotten home 30 minutes after the whole 'Jake and Brent fiasco'. And the moment we got back to the loft, Ally and Eliza hid all the sugar and sweets. As if I'd go crazy... again. Obviously I'm not very good with sweets.
Brent was filled with emotions. All of them painted on her face, as clear as the painting of Jake's car. The moment we got home, she immediately walked straight to her stash of alcohol, taking a big gulp out of the first bottle she got her hands on.
I stared at her confused for a minute. Watching as she drank faster than a sailor probably could. She turned her attention towards me and raised a angry eyebrow.
My face broke into a big grin as a thought came to me. "You know Brent, I don't mean to sound like a big giant douche of a jackass right now... But since I learned what fandoms were in 7th grade, I've also came a cross a term called 'shipping'." I made air quotations, "and it has come to my attention that I have yet to create our 'ship names'."
I now sat across from her, my chin resting in both palms of my hands. Ally and Eliza decided to join us, after hiding all the candy. Ally staring with a bored face, will Eliza stared confused. I pointed at all.
"For instance, hers and that Zander guy-"
"Alex"
I glared at Ally for interrupting, "that 'Alex' guy and Allys name would be... AA-shipping! YES!" I high-fived myself mentally, while Ally gave me a shocked gaze. I turned my attention to Brent. "So yours would be... JB-SHIPPING" I burst out laughing. "L-LIKE JUSTIN BEIBER!" I clutched my stomach in laughter and rested my head on the table.
"NO!" she shrieked, "CHANGE IT!" she clenched her fist and glared. Ally shook her head and laughed at my stupidity, while Eliza cracked a smile, trying not get be a victim as Brent's next target.
I shook my head and began laughing harder as a even funnier thought came to me. "OR B-BJ" I nearly fell out of my seat in laughter, trying to control my breathing. Ally rocked back and forth in her seat, while laughing. Eliza in the same state.
Brent fumed. She drank the rest of her beer and walked out of the room. I reached out for her leg, but was interrupted by left over giggles. Eventually after rolling around on the ground for five minutes, I finally managed to get up and walk to the living room where Brent was. I was rudely followed by the other.
Brent looked up at me, eyes full of fury. I walked to the other side of the room and sat in the opposite seat. Brent licked her lips in thought while glaring at me.
"If my 'ship name' is... JB or BJ, then..." her eyes shined evilly. "Then yours is DD-shipping."
I tilted my head and gave her a confused look. Ally's eyes widened, and turned to Brent.
"DD-shipping? What the hell type of shit is that? Who would I be with?" I gave her a bored expression.
"Dimitri." She smirked at me, crossing her arms as she sat back and watched as my expressions changed.
Confusion, to realization, and finally anger. My jaw clenched and I glared at her. "Dimitri? Interesting choice you've got there. Too bad I hate his guts."
She gave me a knowing look, "I guess we're the same, because Jake is good as dead to me." We both had an intense stare off before my glare softened.
"Oh... You broke up..?" Where the fuck was I?! I swear, no more cookies.
She nodded and looked down, a unknown emotion sketched on her face.
Brent's weird to me. Out of the one maybe two and a half years I've known her. I've never managed to read her emotions clearly. My mind drifted to when we first met.

"Shit shit shit shit," I bolted out if the small apartment I was sharing with my friend Isaiah, and made my way to my classes. 18 and I had to make my way to our high school. We lived in Florida at the time. Actually I think all four of us did. Of course I had only known Ally at the time.
I ran as fast as my heavy backpack would allow me. As well as last nights course work that I had needed to rush in this morning. I stopped and took a quick break, slowly trying to fit everything into my bag. I check my pockets for my phone, only to realize I left it at home.
I groaned and face palmed hard, before dragging my feet to the nearest person. It was a girl, probably about five feet. Her brown hair tied up into a messy bun while she checked her phone, mumbling about a "good for nothing jack ass not hurrying up". I walked up behind her and tapped her shoulder, breathing hard from my run. Bad mistake. She swiftly elbowed me I'm the ribs before grabbing my arm and flipping me over.
I started up in shock as my breathing began picking up. I'm pretty sure I tasted blood, too. The girl glared down at me before her gaze softened. Not by much though.
Maybe her eyebrow moved slightly.
Or maybe I was imagining it and have a big concussion now.
"Shit dude, fucking don't sneak up on people like that." she grabbed my arm, and pulled me up. My eyes looked at her with shock as I spaced myself.
At this time, I wasn't as strong as I am now. I was weaker, shyer. Couldn't stand up for myself. Damn did that change.
"I... Sorry?" I looked down partly because she's still glaring, partly because I'm embarrassed I just got my ass handed to me by a girl. One shorter than me at that. "I just wanted to know the time, is all..." I mumbled the last part a bit. I wish I just took up on Ally's offer to be picked up.
"Oh," She checked her phone. "7:45" she looked up at me before my eyes widened. 7:45?! I was gonna be late!
I began jogging in place, well more like limp jumping while trying to not look like a drunk because of how dizzy I am. "Thanks uh..." I looked at her.
"Brent." she waved her name off like it wasn't a big deal. Brent. Isn't that a guys name?
I nodded anyhow and began jogging away, "Im Daniel, thanks Brent."
That was the first time I met her. Who knew that 1 year later she'd be going to the same collage, as me.

My thoughts were interrupted by Eliza gasping at her phone like a fish out of water. "Guys, I got the blood test results. Of the blood we found at Brent's... Shooting." All of us leaned towards her with very much interest.
She looked all of us with sadness, and a bit of anger in her eyes.
"It was Harold Dickson. It was Lilly's dad."
(AN: holy shit I'm sp sorry but like... We've all been busy with highs hook and Kelly left to another state which makes shit a bit harder sooo ya that's why we haven't been updating. Sorry baii- Ruben)
