**Carter's POV**
I zipped my suitcase and sat on the edge of my bed. Kelly and Tayler have agreed to watch the animals and watch the house.
"Carter! You're gonna be late to the airport!!" Kelly yelled from downstairs
"Ok, I'm ready" I said walking down the stairs
"Lighten up. Your going to see your man. Why do you look so sad?"
"I know. I'm excited to see Ryan."
"Then why do you look so sad?"
"I just- can you keep a secret?"
Kelly's face went from confused to concerned "What's going on?"
"I saw Kyle at the dog park when I took Bear 2 days go"
"Okay. I won't tell Ryan"
"No. There's more" I sighed and took off my jacket
"Carter!! Why are there bruises on your arm"
I sighed "I tried to walk away from him but he grabbed my arm and wouldn't let go. I don't know what to do, Kelly, and now he's mad because someone told him I'm engaged to Ryan. I don't want him to hurt Ryan and I know that's his plan" I said trying to hold in my tears
"You and Ryan need to get a restraining order against him"
"I'll try to talk to Ryan when I see him. I'll have to. I can't wear long sleeves all day it's the middle of the summer"
Kelly hugged me and sighed "just go have a great time with Ryan and try not to worry about it"
"I'll try"
**Ryan's POV**
Carter's flight is suppose to be here in an hour and she's gonna miss us play today, but I hope she'll get to see us at least once while she's here.
"Carter seems a little off lately, huh" A.J. said
"Yeah, I think she's just stressed, but hopefully coming here will help her"
"I doubt it. She seems stressed around Gaia and Kylie"
"I guess we'll see"
**Carter's POV**
I made it too the Warped tour venue for today. Brendon met me at the gate with my pass.
"How's tour been?" I asked
"Good. Ryan misses you though"
We walked onto the bus and only Gaia and Kylie were on it.
"I have to go meet with the guys for the meet and greet so make yourself comfortable and we'll be back soon"
I nodded and put my stuff in Ryan's bunk then sat on a small sofa.
"How's life been, Carter?" Kylie asked
"Good. Just busy" I said pushing my glasses up
I feel so self conscious. Kylie and Gaia are both so pretty and have perfect makeup and cute clothes all the time. And here I am in a messy bun, a tank top with a hoodie and some sweat shorts
"When did you get that?" Gaia asked pointing to my tattoo on my thigh
"A while ago actually. Ryan Ashley did it for me"
"I've wanted a tattoo from her for so long. She's always busy though"
"Well, maybe you can plan one with her soon. I just know she's really busy"
"Yeah, maybe"
I'm really missing Ryan. I hope he comes back to the bus soon.
