**Ryan's POV**
"I should just fly home right now!!"
"Ryan, clam down." Gaia said
"No! My wife is at the hospital right now I should be there for her-for my child!!"
"Carter said she would call you the second she knew something" Ricky said
"It doesn't matter. I'm buying a ticket and flying home. Tonight."
"Ryan we have a show in 2 days" Chris said
"I don't really care do you even know how serious this could be, and you just want me to leave her there!? Alone!?"
"This band comes first. Even before friends and family sometimes" Chris reminded me
He's been throwing that around for a while now
"Chill Chris. His baby's life may be at risk here." Ricky said
"I can be back before the show, but since we have a day off tomorrow I'd like to see my wife"
"Whatever man" Chris said and walked to the back of the bus
I sat down and started looking for flights back to Scranton
**Carter's POV**
Jamie came to the hospital with me, and thankfully the bleeding has stopped, but they're running tests on the baby.
"I'm hungry" I told Jamie
She kinda looked surprise "I can't believe that's what your thinking about right now. I'm over here more stressed than you"
"Well I think I've cried enough"
"What do you want to eat. I'm hungry too"
"Whatever, maybe a burger?"
"Ryan Ashley is asking if you need anything do you want her to come up here with you while I go get us food?"
"No, I'll just text her and ask if she'll get us food"
"Sounds good."
There was a knock on the door and the doctors came in
"So, the baby is fine, but I do want to send you to Pittsburgh to get some further tests done."
"How long will I have to be in Pittsburgh?" I asked
"Probably just a day or 2. Long enough for us to get the results and know that your little guy is healthy, and you'll be able to carry him the rest of the way"
"Wait, little guy, him? Is it a boy?"
"Yeah, it's a boy. Congratulations!" The doctor said and walked out
"I'm carrying a little boy. I'm gonna have a son!!" I said
"Lets call Ryan!" Jamie said
**Ryan's POV**
"I can't find a flight for tonight." I said sighing in defeat
"Maybe you should call Carter and tell her"
"She's actually trying to FaceTime me right now"
I answered and Ricky and I saw Carter and Jamie's faces
"Hey, Carter"
"Hi, baby. So the baby is fine. I'm going to Pittsburgh for further testing but everything is ok. So don't get a plane ticket like I know you were"
I just shook my head of course she knew before I told her
"I have some good news"
"What's that?"
"It's a boy"
"We're having a boy?"
Carter just nodded
"I'm having a boy!!!" I shouted in the bus
"Congrats guys! May be now y'all can actually name him" Ricky said
I sure hope so
