Chapter 37

**Carter's POV**

"Did you eat the pineapples and jalapenos?" Ryan asked

"Yes"

"And you and Jamie went on a hike today, right?"

"Yes, 2 miles"

"What else could we do?"

I'm 2 days overdue so Ryan and I are trying everything we can to get the baby here.

"Well, the doctor did say that intercourse is another way...."

"You mean we could-"

"Yeah"

I've been really distant with Ryan lately when it comes to this subject. I've never been confident with my body, but especially now with all the weight I've gained I haven't even let Ryan see me without pants

"Come on, let's go upstairs" Ryan said kissing my neck

"I don't know, ry"

"Carter, it's been months since we've done anything and I was ok with that because you got pregnant, but I'm a guy and it's been months"

"Ok, but be careful, and don't be to rough"

Later that afternoon

Ryan has been in a great mood the rest of the day. I on the other hand am exhausted and tired of being pregnant.

"Well, if that didn't do it I don't know what will" Ryan said smirking

"I just don't know what else to do"

"Well, it's only what 5 right now? If your not in labor by tomorrow morning we'll call the doctor"

"I'm so tired" I said laying back down on the bed

"I would be too you went on a 2 mile hike and we had great-"

"I get it!! Don't say it! You know I hate that word"

Ryan just laughed and joined me on the bed "Aiden doesn't have a middle name"

"We could always name him after someone"

"Like who?"

"Not after a cartoon character if your thinking of making him Morty"

Ryan laughed "I was actually gonna say we should name him after Ricky"

"Yeah we could"

"I was just thinking him because he and Jamie have been really supportive and close to us. Always checking in on you and the baby and they're just as excited as we are."

"Aiden Richard Sitkowski"

"I like it"

I smiled "me too. When are we gonna tell Ricky?"

"Maybe when he's actually born"

"That's a good idea"

"Come on kiddo, we wanna meet you. Come out already!" Ryan said talking to my stomach

"He's taken his time, but I'd wish he would hurry. I'm really uncomfortable"

"Wanna eat some more pineapple?"

"No. I just wanna go to bed"

"It's only 5:30"

"Ok, I wanna take a nap"

"Go ahead I'm gonna go work on some new riffs"

I laid down and took a little nap. I woke up about 7 and saw a note on the bed

I got hungry and didn't wanna cook. So, I went out to get us some dinner. Should be back soon.  Ryan

I threw the covers off of me and went into the bathroom. I was putting my hair up when I felt water dripping down my legs. I immidently called Ryan

"My water broke!!! He's coming!!"
