Chapter 36

Jack's Pov

"You ran into her?!!" I yelled.

Ok. I was going to kill him. Or teach him a lesson. Other way, I'm gonna get him.

"Calm down Jack." Yusei said as he and Trudge held me back.

Crow stood a few feet away, looking annoyed and calm all the same. Which added to my anger towards him. He hurt my sister when I specifically told him not to!

"It wasn't all of his fault. Being in a turbo duel, getting hurt is part of the deal." Yusei said.

"And the running into her runner part?!" I snapped at him, calming down a little.

Mina looked at her screen and she said "From my researching, it looks like Crow's runner was in fact messed with and that caused it to act out and not obey him."

Crow waved his hand at her and said "So my baby was messed with and no one is concerned?"

"We will look after it Crow." Mina said.

I frowned at them and Yusei looked at Crow and frowned.

"What? Spit it out." I said.

"It's what Crystal said. That it wasn't Sayer who took her eye sight, that it was a cruel duelist." He said.

He frowned even more and he said "Now I don't believe that for a minute. We know for a fact that Sayer did it. We just need to figure out how to get her sight back. Along with her memory too. 

I sighed and I said "Turbo dueling is done. Now we wait for the results and find out who is in the finals. I know that Crystal will be. Or at least I hope that she will be. 

"We have to go now. We will think of a plan later. The announcement of who will be in the finals is tomorrow and we all need our rest." Akiza said, mostly looking at me.

I frowned and said "Fine."

We were walking to our runners and to our surprise, Crow's didn't have that much damage. But we saw Crystal's parked a few feet away. It had a lot of damage and I walked over to it and looked at it. 

It was a pretty cool runner. 

I sighed and said "I have to talk to her."  

"Then talk."

We all turned around and saw Crystal standing there with a frown on her face.

"How did--"

"I used my card to sneak away." She said, cutting me off. "I needed to talk to you."

She looked at Crow and said "Come to fix my runner, bird brain?"

I smirked a little at that and Crow smiled.

"Crystal. You have to believe us. Sayer is not the good guy." Yusei said.

She looked at him and she said "I think you may be right."

"What?" I said shocked.

She believed us?

"I heard Sayer talking to someone and I would have thought nothing of it but then he talked about me and how what he did to me worked out perfectly." She said.

"Then I came here to talk to you guys. I am so confused that I don't know who to trust." She half laughed and said "Plus being blind and using my physic powers to sense things isn't easy."

She looked at Akiza and she said "I sense that you are a physic duelist too. Maybe you can help me figure out what happened to me?"

Akiza looked at me and I gave a nod and she looked at Crystal and said "Yes."
