Chapter Sixteen - Clubtastrophe

Shay’s POV

Our next group date was on Wednesday and by then my arm was fully healed; other than a slight pain if too much pressure was applied, it was back to normal function. Tonight we had a group date at a dance club, with only eleven of us left there were only two group dates this week. Yesterdays group had five girls and tonight’s group consisted of myself, Liz, Paige, Kassi, Sara and Holly. I didn’t even know that Holly was still here, I would have thought that Cale would have gotten rid of her a long time ago; maybe he just kept her around for entertainment purposes, it was amusing to have someone as dumb as her around sometimes.

Getting dressed I picked out one shoulder silky silver dress that stopped just above my knees and had a black belt with a large silver buckle that clinched across my midsection; pinning up my hair in a cluster of curls in the back I finished off the look with a pair off strappy silver heels. Feeling ready for the night I went back into the room to find Liz finishing off her makeup in the floor length mirror; she had on a curve hugging dark drown dress that also ended just above her knees; there was a crème colored belt around her waist with a dark brown buckle that matched the dress perfectly and she topped it all off with solid crème stiletto heels.

“We really need to stop doing this; people are going to start thinking were weird.” I told her when I noticed how similar we were once again dressed; it was a common thing even though we never got dressed together or planned it we always ended up dressed alike some way or another.

“Seriously, again!?” She said looking me up and down in the mirror before glancing over herself.

“What can I say, we have great taste!” I shot her a quick smile as I finished latching up my heels.

“I have to agree. Hey do you want to go into town with me this weekend and check out the shops?” Liz asked as she finished applying her lip gloss.

“Sounds good to me; should we just get two of everything so we can make sure we match for the rest of our time here!” I teased; well I guess I was only partially joking, I mean we obviously had the same taste so I wouldn’t be surprised if we both walked out with the exact same things in our bags.

“We should compare our closets one day, I’m curious to see just how similar they are.” Liz said back as we exited the room together.

Our conversation about clothes lasted the whole limo ride to the night club; even when the other girls joined in it didn’t bother me too much, I have a feeling it’s because Sam wasn’t around so I allowed myself to be a little more open with them. I still couldn’t stand to be in the same room with her yet; when we did happen to cross paths we both shot daggers at each other and if the saying if looks could kill were really true we would both be rotting bodies’ by now. Arriving at the night club the base from the music could be heard outside and thanks to my surprisingly good mood I couldn’t wait to get inside and dance the night away; Cale was waiting inside by the bar and our group was quick to find and join him.
