Chapter 31 - Eternity

(POV Ruri)

Pagbalik ko sa Pilipinas, I will immediately submit my resignation. Ichiro gave me enough money kahit di ako magtrabaho. Kahit bumili pa ako ng bagong bahay at lupa, sobra sobra pa ang pera ko.

Doon muna ako sa Nueva Ecija kasama ang lola at ang tita ko. I guess mabuti sa buntis ang fresh na hangin ng probinsya.

Yung tatay ko naman, he did not insist to be a father now but he assured me that he will always look after me and my child kahit sa malayo.

Pag tapos ng early breakfast namin ni Jairon, bumalik ako sa hotel para maligo at para ayusin ang luggage ko. I still have a few hours para makatulog bago ang flight namin ni Jairon.

Pagkalabas ko ng bathroom, andoon na si Rafael na nasa loob na ng hotel room namin. Hindi ko na siya kinausap dahil wala naman kami dapat pag-usapan.

Habang naglalagay ako ng damit sa luggage ko, hindi ko aasahan na yayakapin ako ni Rafael mula sa likod ko. He did not speak either at niyakap lang niya ako. Parang ayaw niya ko umalis, but he is not saying anything.

Ilang minuto rin siyang nakayakap sa akin at walang nagsasalita sa aming dalawa. I don't know what to say to him after ng nangyari sa amin. Gusto ko magalit pero napapagod na din ako.

He gently took my hand at hinila niya ko paharap sa kanya. He cupped my face and gently kissed my forehead with so much tenderness.

"I am so sorry, Ruri. I am really sorry for hurting you," sabi ni Rafael as he kissed my eyes nang maramdaman niya naiiyak na naman ako.

Bakit ba napaka iyakin ko lately? Sayang ang paglalagay ko ng concealer at mascara.

"Ruri, alam ko hindi mo ko mapapatawad sa ngayon sa mga ginawa ko, but I hope you will give me a chance to make it up to you," he said while kissing my nose.

Make it up to me? Is this for real?

"I don't know what to do, Ruri. I am so lost. I want to protect you. I want to keep you safe but it seems that you have to lose me in the process," dagdag ni Rafael while kissing my cheek.

Shit, bakit parang iiyak din si Rafael?

"I am not a good man Ruri, I am the embodiment of wickedness. But you are pure Ruri, you have a good heart. We are living in two different worlds and it seems that I can never be part of your world. I don't have a chance to be happy after all of the things I did," he whispered while kissing my other cheeks. I can see that tears are now running down from his face.

Hala, umiiyak nga si Rafael! Anong gagawin ko?

"Ruri, you have the freedom to leave. You deserve someone better. No, you deserve the best and I am the worst man for you. I won't ask you to stay with me. That would be so selfish. But do you want to know what I really feel right now?" tanong niya while kissing my chin.

Gusto ko ba malaman kung anong nararamdaman ni Rafael? Of course, gusto ko! Mahal ko ang lalaking ito!

Tumango lang ako sa kanya. This is the first time na nag open si Rafael and I know it is so hard for him to be vulnerable like this.

"I want you stay Ruri. I need you in my life. Not as a fuck buddy, but someone that I can spend my eternity with. Ruri, I don't know how to live a day without you anymore. Please don't leave me," he said before planting a soft kiss on my lips.

"Rafael..."

"That's alright, Ruri. I just want to let you know how I truly feel. I will perfectly understand if you will leave me---"

I touched his face this time and kissed him before he can say another word. I should leave him, be far away from him as possible. Rafael is a dangerous man, I should run away now while he is giving me a chance, but I just can't. I learned to love every pieces of him.

"I won't leave you, Rafael. Do you want to know why?" I murmured as I kissed his lips.

"Yes, Ruri. I want to know why," he answered as he gently touched my hair.

"Because I love you, Rafael. That's why."

Rafael abruptly stopped kissing me and looked at me straight in the eye. Hindi ko alam kung imagination ko lang, but he really looks happy with what I said.

He did not answer me, but he suddenly kissed me with so much longing. He untie my robe in a hurry and yet he did not let go of my lips. I tried to remove his shirt as he slowly guide me to our bed.

"I missed you. Ruri. I fucking miss you. I am really sorry I made you cry," he whispered while kissing my shoulder.

His one hand is traveling to my inner thigh. He is touching me in a slow and agonizing manner which made me arched my body in submission.

"I missed you too, Rafael," I answered back as he gently kissed my chest. His lips are slowly traveling down to my stomach, down to my most vulnerable part.

"I can attest to that, Ruri. You are so wet," he whispered before devouring me completely.

I shouted his name as he circled his tongue into mine. I am torn between euphoria and madness. Within seconds, I reached my ultimate climax as I gently pulled his hair.

Rafael is always good at this and I can't get enough. He is right, I think I am addicted to him.

"You taste good, love," sabi niya as he lay beside me and kissed my cheeks. He just smiled at me as if we are done.

"Why did you stop?" naguguluhan kong tanong sa kanya.

"Ruri, you just bled a few hours ago. I can't afford to make love to you. Paano kung may mangyari na masama sa baby?"

"What? Paano ka? Di ba masakit daw yun kapag hindi natapos?" tanong ko as I looked at his hardness.

"I am fine. Lilipas din yan," he said as he hugged me and closed his eyes.
