1.39 "Are You Fucking Kidding Me!?"

I heard Elena screaming.

I ran into Damon's bedroom.

Elena was on the ground with blood all over her mouth. 

Oh my  god, what has he done?

Damon to Stefan" Admit it. You just wish you had the balls to do it yourself."

Stefan punched him in the face several times in a row. Damon fell on the floor. He had blood on his face. He took the wooden stick and drove it through Stefan's abdomen. 

I speeded to Damon and pushed him off Stefan .

I yelled "Enough, Damon, enough!"

Damon looked at me.

Me "Get out of here!"

He didn't move.

I pushed him backwards and yelled "out, Damon, now!"

Nothing. 

Alaric and Jenna came in, looking shocked. 

Ric's eyes widened " What the hell's going on?"

I looked at him and pointed at Damon "Get him the hell out of here!"

Ric went to grab Damon but Damon pushed him and walked out pissed off.

Jenna's eyes widened " Oh, my God."

I looked at her" Jenna, downstairs are some blood bags. Go get them now. Go!"

I kneeled down to Stefan and removed the stick. 

Stefan groaned in pain.

Elena put his head on her lap "It's okay. It's okay. You're going to be okay."

Stefan coughed out " I'm so sorry."

Elena "Shh. It's okay."

Stefan " I'm sorry."

I growled "bastard"

I walked out of the room and tried to find Damon. 

I heard him talking to Elijah.

Elijah " Well, it sounds like you won't be needing this anymore. Feeding her vampire blood rendered it useless. Tell Elena and Adelaide I'll be back before nightfall. We'll proceed as planned."

Damon " We both know that elixir wouldn't have worked anyway."

Elijah " The problem, Damon: you talk a good game but you don't actually know anything. She'll never forgive you. And never for a vampire...It's a very long time."

Elijah walked out of the library and i walked inside. I saw Damon taking a sip from his drink.

Me "Damon!"

He looked at me and sighed "not now, Ad"

I raised an eyebrow pissed off ""Not now"? "Not now"?!"

Damon went to open his mouth but i cut him off. 

I screamed "Are you fucking kidding me!"

I pushed him backwards "You fed her your blood? Are you insane!"

Damon "the elixir wouldn't have worked anyway, at least now it's safe to say she comes back"

Me "You took that choice away from her! Who the hell do you think you are taking that choice from her! ?!"

Damon "Yeah, because you know best what it's like when someone takes that choice away from you, isn't that right, Adelaide!?"

I warned "Damon"

Damon "And then you did the same to me and Stefan"

Tears came up in my eyes. 

I slapped him "go to hell!"

I walked upstairs into my bedroom and slammed the door shut.

The room door opened and someone walked inside. I didn't look up.

Stefan "are you okay?"

Me "Stefan?"

Stefan "how are you?"

I drove a hand through my hair "i can't believe it"

Stefan sat down next to me "He went too far"

I nodded "i know she shouldn't have done that to Elena"

Stefan shook his head "I was talking about you. "

I looked at him surprised. he was serious. 

Stefan "i heard the things he threw at your head. He crossed a line. He should've never any of those things he did say"

I nodded.

Stefan " i heard what you said to Elijah earlier"

I raised my eyebrow confused but then it hit me  "Stefan"

Stefan "Was it true?"

Me "what?"

Stefan "you know what"

Me "You know how i feel about you-what you mean to me."

Stefan nodded.

Me "why are you even asking?"

Stefan sighed, shaking his head "i don't know"

I nodded "of course you know, Stefan"

Stefan nodded.

Me " i waited over 150 years, i can wait a few more. Even though it's killing me seeing you with her"

Stefan nodded  "I can tell"

Me "why are you even here, Stefan? shouldn't you spend your girlfriend's last day on earth as a human with her instead with me"

Stefan "i wanted to make sure you're okay"

Me "thank you"

Stefan gave me a soft smile.
