I walked through the fest. Everyone was having a laugh.
I felt a hand on my lower back and turned around.
Me "Damon"
Damon fake smiled "looking good, Adelaide"
I raised an eyebrow "need anything?"
Damon "Why were you so stupid to break up with Stefan?"
Me "that's none of your business"
I turned around to walk away but Damon spun me around.
Damon hissed"don't bullshit me, Adelaide. i love you and all but you gotta tell me what has gotten into your mind to break up with my brother!"
I raised my eyebrows surprised "he didn't tell you?"
Damon shook his head "He didn't tell me anything. he didn't want to. why? what was the reason?"
I shook my head "none of your business either"
Damon scoffed.
I asked irritated "you think i wanted to do that?! i didn't have a choice, Damon!"
He looked confused "what are you talking about!?"
I shook my head "that doesn't matter"
Damon "Adelaide, i can't help you if you don't tell me what's going on with you"
