C16: Time Flies

ZACK'S POV

It's been two weeks since the picnic and we now have 3 days left of camp. I don't want to go. I don't want to leave Zoe. We've gotten closer since that day. It's nice, since we're taking it slow. I've learned a lot about her and she has learned a lot about me.

Although we've been taking it slow, our relationship has grown stronger. I'm going to miss her so much. Every time I see her, I can't help but think I only have a few days left with her.

"Babe." Zoe says snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Huh?"

"Are you ok?" she asks worried.

"Yeah, it's just... We only have a few days left. I'm going to miss you." I confess.

"I'm going to miss you too but, don't worry. We'll text each other everyday so we can feel as if we were physically together." she says trying to cheer me up.

"It's not the same Zo. I won't be able to hug you... or kiss you." I reply.

"You know you live like 25 minutes away from my house right?" she asks. I chuckle.

"We'll go out every time we have a chance." I assure her.

"Deal." she says extending her hand with a serious face.

"Deal." I ignore her hand and just kiss her. She means everything to me. I'm going to miss her so much. Not just her. Her lips, her smile, her voice... Her everything.

"Why didn't I met you any sooner?" she said smiling between kisses. I smiled into the kiss.

"We have to go." I said between kisses.

"Can't we stay like this? I mean.. We have a few days left together." she said while kissing me again.

"I really wish we could baby, but we agreed to meet them today in the cafe and I'm sure that they're they're waiting for us." I reminded her.

"I don't want toooo." she whinned as she slowly got off my lap and grabbed my hand before pulling me out of the cabin.

As we got to the cafe, they were all waiting for us. Maya and Shawn, Aileen and Isaac, Noah and Lexi, Marcus, and Kiana.

"Sorry for being late. We were talking and I guess we lost track of time." I said as we sat down.

"Mhm... Talking?" Maya asked looking at us with wide eyes like she always does.

"Yes. Talking." we said.

"Remember... Use protection kids." she said with a deep voice mocking the guys from tv commercials.

"We haven't done it Maya. We are going to wait. We've been together for two weeks. Plus, I want it to be special." I said as I watched Zoe blush before I kissed her. She kissed back.

"Guys, let's keep it PG in here please." Shawn said chuckling.

It was very noticeable how Lexi kept giving Noah death stares.

"You're kidding me right? You guys are still not talking to each other?!" Zoe asked angry, referring to Noah and Lexi who had an argument a week ago.

ZOE'S POV

The thing is: Lexi is head over heels for Noah. He says that he feels the same way about her but he doesn't want to be in a relationship so Lexi feels rejected. She's really mad at him since she says 'she has been led on and that she feels like she means nothing to him' and Apparently they are still not talking to each other.

"Guys please, we have 3 days left of camp, can't you guys spend them while being happy?" Zack asked annoyed too.

Lexi just rolled her eyes. I'm tired of having to deal with them. I just want to enjoy this last few days with all of them but Lexi and Noah can't even look at each other without groans, grins and eyes get rolled.

"You know her Zo. She won't change her mind." Kiana said.

"Yeah. Why am I even trying?" I replied while hugging Zack tightly.

Lexi slammed her hands in the table and stood up furiously before leaving.

"Noah, cut the bullshit. What did you do?" I stated firmly since we know they are mad at each other but we don't know exactly why.

Zack looked at me surprised. Noah just looked down at his hands, feeling disappointed and sad.

"I-I ... I just..." he stuttered.

"You what Noah?" I rushed him.

"I like her... a lot and there is nothing I want more than be in a relationship with her but... I've never been in a relationship before and I want to be good enough for her and I feel like I can't but she doesn't understand, now she thinks I don't want to be with her." he said slowly.

"Then you better explain and soon." I stated.

"I will, I don't want to lose her. I won't." he replied before standing up to look for Lexi.
