Some say that when you're in a relationship you're supposed to support, help and love each other unconditionally.

If a relationship has all those three factors then congratulations, it's a successful one. If not, well you need to work on your relationship because it's clearly sinking.

My friends and their couples are my closest examples. Like how Lexi and Noah love each other deeply and do the impossible for each other; I've come to the conclusion that their relationship is perfect.

Rosie and Marcus eventually became a couple but couldn't deal with commitment which drove them to cheat on each other repeatedly. Horrible right?

Maya and Shawn realized that long-distance relationships were not as easy as they seem which caused a lot of problems on their relationship but are still fighting through it all to keep their love alive.

Kiana and I have not spoken since she told me what she did. It's sad how our friendship deteriorated and is now non-existent.

All this relationship talk and I am currently in none. Right when I needed my boyfriend the most, he left me and what's sad is that I actually thought he loved me. It's pathetic. I'm pathetic.

Now I'm here, sitting on a chair waiting for my name to be called and receive a diploma, my pass out of St.John's Academy. The academy that has brought me happiness, joy, love and friendship. Also the hellhole that has brought me sadness, loneliness, hate and emptiness.

Blake has been there for me just like Lexi, Noah, Marcus and Rosie. I haven't told Blake the reason why Zack left me. I'm planning on telling him right after the graduation ends. All of us are going to dinner to celebrate so I guess I'll talk to him there.

"Zoe Gonzalez" I hear.

I stand up and smile as I walk up the stairs of the stage and take the diploma in my hands. Wow. I made it. I actually made it. All the hard work paid of.

As I'm about to step down of the stage I hear my name again.

"We would like Zoe Gonzalez to stay on stage since we have a very special surprise for her." I hear the principal say. I walk towards her and stand by her side smiling surprised.

"Zoe, you had an incredibly high score in your SATs!" Zack helped me study for them.

"That's why The University of California has accepted you as one of their students in the upcoming year!" The principle added. Oh my god. I got in!!! I got in!!! I can't believe I'm going to California! My dream university, and I got in. Wow.

I smiled widely. The principal hugged me tightly. As we pulled away, I saw my parents. I had never seen them so happy and they couldn't look more proud of me.

"That's not the only thing Zoe. They've agreed to give you a full scholarship and $345,000 for your personal needs if you agree to go study with them ypur whole career!" The principal said excitedly. Oh my! This is literally unbelievable!

I received the really big check (the one they give you to simulate the money) smiling widely. I felt tears slide down my cheeks. I couldn't be happier.

We entered the restaurant and each and everyone of us was so happy. We had accomplished our goals, graduate. We were guided to our table and sat quickly.

"Um Blake can we talk alone?" I said.

"Of course Zo." He said smiling. God, his smile drives me crazy.

We walked away from the table.

"Can we talk out in the back? I would like to talk privately." I said referring to all the people who filled the restaurant.

"Of course let's go." He said grabbing my hand.

We went out the back of the restaurant.

"Okay, so? What's going on?" He asked.

"I love you Blake. And I know it seems sudden, I'm sorry but I couldn't hold it in anymore. I will understand if you don't love me anymore I mean, why would yo--" he kissed me. Deeply, like he used to do all the time. Our lips moved together perfectly as his hands rested on my cheeks. His tongue explored my mouth making me remember each and every one of our encounters. My life was now complete.

"You talk too much Zo." He said once we pulled away, our foreheads still touching.
"I love you too Zoe Gonzalez." He said smiling. "I always knew we would find our way back to each other." He added.

"I always did too." I said. "That was why Zack left me. I never stopped loving you. I couldn't." I added smiling. He smiled back.

"Would you like to be my girlfriend Zoe Gonzalez?" He asked mocking a serious tone.

"I would love to Blake Henderson." I said mocking his tone. "Wait, what about the University of California. We'll be so far away from each other." I said frowning.

"We won't." He replied.

"Of course we will." I said again.

"I received a letter last month saying I got accepted into The University of California." He said smiling.

"That's not funny Blake." I said serious.

"I'm not joking. I'm serious, you can ask Lexi. I told her." He said.

"Oh my god Blake!" I said excitedly before I started kissing him.

"Woah, if I had known this was going to happen I would've told you sooner!" He said as we kissed. We laughed.

"Hey are you guys --  oh my! Never mind!" Marcus said as he found us kissing. "I'll go back inside and tell the others that you guys are very okay." He added.

My life has been like a rollercoaster so far. It has its ups and has its downs. I honestly thought my life was over when Zack left me. I truly loved him but that made me realize that things happen for a reason. There is always a purpose. Never question it.
