What Is Going On?

The Next Day.....

Colby's POV:

"So.." I asked Abby as we both sat down. "What do you want for your birthday?"

"I don't know. I don't think I'll celebrate this year. Carmella has been stressing me out."

"How?"

I explained how Carmella basically threatened to hurt Brie and her baby.

"Oh my god." I said. I was actually shocked. I couldn't believe she would threaten to do something so horrible.

"How did you ever go out with her?" Abby asked.

"She was different back then." I sighed. "Anyways, lets not think about her right now."

"You're right." Abby said, smiling slightly.

"And I'm going to make sure you have the best birthday ever. I have two huge surprises for you."

"Oooooo, I can't wait." she smiled.

"Trust me. Neither can I."

A Few Hours Later.....

After my conversation with Abby, I decided to head to the gym. It had been a while and I had to get back in shape if I was gonna get back in the ring. I missed wrestling. It was my one true love. Of course I loved Abby too but wrestling was something that could never fade in my heart.

After working out for a good two hours, I showered before heading over to the mall. I had to go shopping and find a very specific item. Something I was hoping Abby would love. Then I went over to Sally's house.

"Hey Sally." I said as she let me in.

"Hi, ready to get started?" she said.

"Yep."

"So...when is Abby gonna find out about this?"

"On her birthday. She's gonna be so shocked. I can't wait to see her reaction."

"We better get started."

"Lead the way." I smiled.

Three Hours Later.....

"Oh my god. I feel like my hands are going to fall off." I complained.

"Well, you did amazingly. You are very good with your hands. I'll tell you that." Sally laughed.

"Haha, well. What can I say?" I smirked before we both ended up laughing.

"I'll see you later." Sally said.

"Bye." I smiled before leaving.

I made it back home and plopped onto my bed.

"I'm so tired." I groaned into my pillow. "Abby, are you here?"

I looked around the room but saw she wasn't there. Where did she go? As I got up, I could hear some kind of noise in the bathroom. I got up and opened the bathroom door, feeling my heart break at what I saw.

Abby was sitting on the bathroom floor, crying her eyes out.

"A-abby?" I said, making her look up at me, teary eyed. "Baby, what happened?" I asked as I crouched down next to her.

All she would do is cry.

"Gorgeous, you're hurting me by crying. What happened?" I asked, wiping a few of her tears away.

"A-are you....cheating on me?"

Those words knocked everything right outta me. I looked at her wide eyed as she carried on crying.

"Abby, I would never cheat on you."

"Then where have you been? You've been gone for five hours."

"I was...busy Babe. I had to work out. You know how much I wanna get back in the ring. I'm not cheating on you, I swear."

"Please don't. I won't be able to take it if you do." she whispered.

"I won't. I promise you." I said before she pulled me into a hug.

I wanted to tell Abby what I was doing but I couldn't. She seemed so vulnerable. I couldn't add any extra stress on her.
