chapter 38: Gone

(Marcy's POV)

I sit up in the dark bedroom. I look around and see no one. Not bonnie, lola, peppermint... No one. I stand up from the bed and walk to the door. I open it and walk out and it's still so dark. Bonnie didn't wake me for dinner? I walk down the stairs and into the living area. I see someone sitting on the couch. It looks like bonnie, but I'm not sure. I walk over and around the sofa, and it's Bonnie and she's in tears.I look to her andthen touch her shoulder.

"Bonnie?"

I look at her as she points to the fireplace (that i did not know we had) I turn my head then the smell of burning sugar and flesh reach my notsrils. I turn around and see candy people burning, then on top of it lays the body of a young girl. Maybe a few moths old.

I scream, jolting up right in bed look at the wall. In tears, I stand and walk to the bathroom, almost falling in the process.I hear someone open the bedroom door, I see Finn, Jake, Bonnie, and peppermint.

"Are you alright? At least your awake finnaly, i thought youed never get up."

"Y-yes..." I say holding onto the wall.

"You sure marcy you look horrified?" Finn says, Kinda being captain obvious.

"What happened? A dream or..." Bonnie looks at my stomach.

"I'm fine....no it wasn't that......" I say looking at bonnie. "im fine but can i speak to PB alone please." Everyone nods and they walk out. peppermint closes the door behind them.

"So whats wrong" she asks wipeing the tears from my face.

"I t was just a horrible dream, it started with...." I continue telling Bonnie about the dream. With all the accuring things. I tell her that i believe it may be the baby inside playing tricks on my head.It is common for vampires (when they are preggers) for their baby to show them visions.They can be true or false. Depending on the parents. I sit there in silence after I'm done and just look at the floor.I know in my head Bonnie wouldn't hurt the baby or the candy people but, what if it's true?

"Its just a dream Marcy... That wont happen."

"BonnibeL...."I look at her with a serious face. "I don't want to keep it. I want it out."
