Albus's point of view

The holiday flew, and Scorpius went  back home a few weeks ago, and next week they were going back to Hogwarts. Albus was sitting in his room thinking about him. He missed him. That's the only reason he wanted to go back.

He could hear voices coming from the kitchen. It sounded like Teddy were here, so he went down the stairs to check. Teddy was his dad's godson, and used to spend time at their place a lot when they were younger. It was like having a second big brother, and all three of the children looked up to him. Especially Lily.

He entered the kitchen and saw the blue haired young man.

"Hey, Albus," he said. Albus gave him a nod as in hello. "Well. Now that you're all gathered here I should tell you the news."

"What news?" said Albus as he took a seat.

"You're not pregnant are you?" said James. Teddy laughed and shook his head.

"Victoire and I are engaged," he said which made them all look at him in surprise.

"Congratulations," said Harry. "But... aren't you a bit too young?"

"I'm 23," Teddy reminded. "Same age as you were."

"I know that," said Harry. "It's just that I keep forgetting that you've grown up so fast."

"When are you planning to get married?" Ginny asked.

"We don't know that yet. Probably next summer or something."

"Can I be the bridesmaid?" Lily asked hugging his arm and gave him her puppy eyes.

"Sure," said Teddy and ruffled her hair.

They talked about the upcoming wedding for a long time, planning on when and where it would take place. Albus went back to his room when the conversation got less interesting. A few minutes later Teddy came in as well.

"A lot has changed since last time I was here," he said as he looked around the room.

"Well. I guess I've grown up too fast," said Albus copying his father.

"You still have that thing though," said Teddy and pointed at the record player.

"The only thing I find to be useful."

Teddy took a seat on the edge of the bed.

"Promise me not to tell anyone about the wedding. We'd like to do it ourselves," he said.

"Sure. You can trust me."

"Good," said Teddy and paused. "I've heard that you're dating Scorpius, am I right?"

"That's right." Now he began thinking of him again.

"I was thinking about maybe inviting him. And Draco of course."

"Sounds great."

"How long have you been together?" Teddy asked curiously.

"Since the holiday began. It happened on the train actually," said Albus and started to think back.

"So I guess you'll be celebrating your anniversary on the train then."

"No we're going to jump off the train and do something more interesting," Albus joked. "Believe me, we've done it before."

"I've heard about it. You know, sometimes you're dumber than a mountain troll with it's head beaten."

"Thanks bro," said Albus and grinned.

"Just being honest. Like a real friend."

"You and Scorpius are the only ones."

"You know. To me you've always been the little brother I've always wished for." Albus was touched by this.

"To be completely honest, you've been a better brother than James."

"Did someone mention my name?" said James who, again, had apparated which made Albus jump.

"Could you stop doing that?!" said Albus rather annoyed.

"I see your point," said Teddy.
